Interesting place to explore in close proximity to the Hotel are Kilmainham Gaol, Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), Islandbridge Junction, Presidents Residence, National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts & History, Vicar Street, Jameson Distillery, Smithfield, Chimney Viewing Tower, The Tailor's Hall and others.
The lady at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant from the moment we first arrived.
The food was amazing. We ate both dinner and breakfast on our stay. The spa was lovely. We all really enjoyed our stay. The perfect hotel for visiting Kilmainham Gaol too.

The property was excellent overall but standing out above everything was the level of care and attention given by the staff. Without exception, the nicest group of people we’ve ever encountered.
I’d be nitpicking if went looking for something I disliked.

breakfast was really good and very well displayed. Mihae our breakfast host was so welcoming and attention to detail was fantastic. She is a great asset to the team.
Bathrooms could be a bit more modern but they were spotlessly clean.

Nice building, interesting location. Nice bathroom. Decent lobby restaurant. Parking was good in the basement, which is why I picked this hotel. Really nice formal garden a short walk away.
I was put in an unpleasant room with lots of mechanical noise and vibration next to it, so bad I asked to move. I think I was put there because I’m a single woman. I did get a much quieter room but bedding had lots of dirt particles in it. No robe to wear to the spa which discouraged me from using it. Trip hazard in the hallway. No shower cap to use.

Bed was too hard/uncomfortable even though it had a mattress topper.
Bathroom looked like a dog attacked it .. very badly chipped/peeling at the bottom.
Room had a very strong smell of paint..which was uncomfortable to sleep in. I didn’t have time to complain as we arrived later than planned and had to go out to dinner thinking it won’t be too bad when we returned. In the morning the duty manager waved the parking fee when I mentioned the smell.
The renovations should have been been mentioned at check in … this is totally unacceptable and ruined our stay.

We recently stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly hardworking and welcoming from check-in to departure. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the bar staff were excellent, and the leisure club team were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and lovely music during lunch.

The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the curtains were black out- it was quiet, dark & comfortable for night time.
The breakfast was lovely- great choices and quality of food.
We also ate in Broyage during our stay- the food and staff were amazing.
The only thing that I would have a slight issue with is the shower was over the bath & the water ran hot/cold.

Loved the location, very central and close to the zoo. The hotel was very clean and lovely. Staff was very friendly.
The food could offer better value for money. For example, the Greek salad consisted mainly of large chunks of tomatoes and did not include any salad. At breakfast, it would have been nice to have fresh bread available at the buffet. Overall, we had a great experience, but we would have expected slightly higher quality produce.

Great location, room was lovely. Felip on reception was so engaging and friendly- he really made our night!
€15 for parking was a surprise- the hotel should be validating the carpark for free like every other hotel does.

Staff and food for the most part were good
Staff were good but towards the end of the night around 10 they were more interested in cleaning than providing a service. I couldn't get out of the carpark I got stuck on the ramp I had to call the hotel to override the gate.
