During my stay, I developed a severe allergic reaction. The hotel administrator offered a late check-out and a taxi to the airport, and promised to investigate the cause and follow up with me.
This never happened.
I sent a polite email after my stay asking about the investigation, but received no response. More than a month passed without any contact. When I requested a refund through Booking.com, the hotel refused.
The lack of follow-up and dismissive attitude toward a guest’s health issue was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was great! I had some communication with staff before my arrival as I wanted to have a bathtub and when I asked for it they assured me they took note. Upon arrival it turned out they upgraded me too, free of charge! I had a large king size bed and the bath tub I so desperately wanted. I was really in need of some me-time. Staff was really lovely and I appreciated their help and insights on where to go for dinner and other tips.
The room was spacious and clean, I felt comfortable and overall the amenities were great. Would definitely recommend!
My neighbors (unfortunately for me) had a really great time at night which definitely displayed how thin the walls were as my bed was shaking too. At first I didn't get what it was, and once I realized I just went to check out the hotel for a bit. Lucky for me, they were done once I got back. I mentioned it to staff the next day and they assured me that if I'd called them they'd taken care of it.
The location itself was fine, for someone visiting for a worktrip I think it'd be great, but me for me as a visitor I might've preferred something a bit closer to the city center. Then again, it was definitely all still within walking distance.

Location - not far from the centre of town, very close to my company offices and next to the river. nice walks, it's a lovely area.
Room - comfortable bed, nice view onto the river
Room - it was absolutely freezing. When you put the heating through the AC, it gets extremely hot very quickly but doesn't warm up the bathroom. My shower didn't work properly on the first day. It had very weak water debit and it was lukewarm at best. I asked for it to be repaired at reception whilst I was at my office all day. When I came back it was worse than before so I had to go reception again and ask again. Then 20min later a lovely gentleman came but had to stay in my room's bathroom for another 20min which was not ideal. I was disappointed that it hadn't been fixed whilst I was away as I initially asked. You also do not get even a bottle of water in your room. Tap water has a bad taste and you have to go buy 'reasonably priced' water for €4.50 a small bottle. Never mind a packet of crisps for €3.50.
Breakfast - it was fine. Options were good I guess but it was like any other hotel breakfast, the decor of the room looked a bit better that's all.
Room service - limited options too and very expensive. Over €50 for a 10oz steak...
Value for money - for over €700 for 3 nights I would have expected better. Also I don't find the hotel particularly warm and friendly. Give people at least a free bottle of water every day.

Its a really nice hotel. Beautiful bar and restaurant that feels upmarket. and the car park is connected to the hotel for me this is the most important- park, get out and walk straight into the hotel with no inconvenience or having to walk a few blocks to get back to your hotel.
I would give a 10. They definitely deserve it. From the reception staff to restaurant staff all where amazing, the only thing I would have liked was a bottle of water in the room, thats kind of expected from a hotel like Hilton.
However they do have a small 24 hour store down in reception that sell all kinds of things. Especially for that late night cravings.

Booked this hotel as it was close to the airport bus stops and was a little bit out of the touristy area. As soon as we arrived we were told that our room had been upgraded - a nice treat as the stay was for my partners birthday. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessities. As our flight was after check out we asked for the hotel to store our luggage, which they were more than happy to do. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
