Have stayed here before and love the location - so close and walking distance to anything you want to do. Room was clean and comfortable. We were left brownies, cookies and soda in our room on arrival. It was busy with St Patrick’s day and security on the door was quite strict. Great views from room of river.

This hotel is walkable to anything you want to visit in old town. The room is very comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar on site. Great to get your night started. I especially liked there was a woolen mill shop right next store. I would stay here again.
The place is great. The pillows are a bit hard.

Easy to find from the train station and perfect for exploring the town centre pubs and restaurants.
Our room was 25 degrees on arrival and the windows can not be opened. The air conditioning did help slightly but not really so sadly the room was just too hot.

Breakfast was great but stopped promptly at 10. Staff were very helpful. Handy carpark with direct covered access to the hotel.
I had requested a room with a bath but was given a room with a shower, shower was good but I would have liked the bath option.

We did not enjoy our stay, but there was a few good things.
Bed was comfortable
Good location.
View of the river
Nice sizei room.
Was the worst hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at.
Pillows were uncomfotable and sheets were stiff and scratchy.
Many things went wrong.
Shower flooded the from being clogged during pir first shower.
Then maintence came and it took quite a while to unclogg it.We had to listen to maintence person whistle when I was waiting to get back in the shower since I had condtioner in my hair. If clogs happen enough then check rooms before guests arrive.
Unprofessional and inappropriate staff at reception. Two of most offensive hotel reception staff I have ever experienced in all our travels in Europe.
Front sliding doors had a delay and it did not open when one would stand in front of the automatic door.. Why is this not fixed? Top of door is covered in dust and cobwebs. So unclean.
Fire/smoke alarm went off one morning a few times. No explanation.
Room cleaning service was inconsistent and poor at times.
Over all hotel lacked cleanliness and professional staff.
Over priced for what l essentially is a 2 star hotel that charges 4 star hotel prices.. £200 /night for this terrible experience. While the location might be good. Staying at a well ran hotel is more important.
Not a good value for what you get.
Very poor service compared to all the other hotels we have stayed at in Irleand.
Poor communication
Manager aware of some of the issues and did offer a refund if we decided to leave which we tried but could not get flights.
Never any apologies or monetary support.
