Space and peace in a genuine palazzo, in one of Bologna’s buzziest and prettiest neighbourhoods. Location, ambience and the range of eating and drinking options. Midnight gelati at the famous Cremeria Vecchia Stalla (next door!) - 2 minutes from scoop to sofa. And the wonderful property manager and business owner, Riccardo: so helpful and caring.
Late opening bar/restaurant in the lane alongside is pretty raucous for those is the main bedroom.

Having to remove our rubbish by visiting a nearby facility. Surely at this price for the accommodation this should be included as part of the overall cleaning service.

Perfect place to stay in Bologna. Location is just perfect. All good restaurant's, cafe's, piazza's and gelatos are just around the corner. Building itself feels like a museum from the inside with all the architectural details of the building.

Once you open the gates of the old building from the cosy street with restaurants, you step into an amazing scenery.
Bed room at the street side suffers from restaurant noise, so best to make people aware of this, so they can bring ear plugs if needed

A fabulous apartment in a beautiful building located near everything. We felt quite a home! Ricardo was so friendly and accommodating. The fans in the room were a nice addition.
If there was a shower curtain in the bathroom with the tub only, it would have given an extra shower....which would have been nice. The beds were quite firm, which was good for me and my husband but not as much for my daughters.

The location was brilliant. Close to all the historic centre, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed. Ricardo was super helpful with lots of tips for helping us with our stay.
I highly recommend ear plugs if you want to sleep before 1am. The accommodation is next to a couple of bars which are very noisy..

Perfect location!! Apartment is inside a gorgeous 1700 building! Rucardo was spotless in helping us with restaurant tips and also helping us figure out transportation to the airport. It was my mom’s 80’s Bday and she was received with flowers for her special day!
The back room can be noisy but they leave ear plugs for us, so it was fine! and noise is worse on Saturday, all other days restaurant crowd left early!

The location was amazing - right on Santa Stefano and really near the city centre. It was lovely to be able to have a morning coffee on the square, and pop back to the apartment to drop off bags etc.
The apartment was spacious for 2 couples, and two bathrooms was really handy in the mornings.
The building itself is absolutely beautiful - it felt like staying in a museum!
We were there over the weekend and it really was very noisy in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen and living room, even with all windows closed, until around 2am, as there were people on the street eating right outside.
Note that if there are more of you someone will have to sleep in the living room which doesn't have a door on it.
There were only very small sample sachets of shower gel and shampoo available.

The location is amazing, felt lucky as first time visitors that we had picked somewhere in such a great, central location. Very close to bars, restaurants with a great bakery and ice cream shop just outside the door. Lots of space and the apartment is in a beautiful building. Ideal for 2 couples with 2 bathrooms. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Was very quiet considering how central the location was. Good communication with host. We loved it!
Nothing...although it would be good to have instructions to use appliances like the washing machine etc. it had water taps that needed to be turned on to use. Didn't use the dishwasher as we ate out. Would also be good to have a booklet with suggestions in etc. there were some maps in the cupboard in living area.

The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the centre. A big apartment, good room size with an adequate kitchen.
Being in the centre of town it was quite noisy at night (understandable).
The shower wasn't great.
No covers on the duvets, which personally I don't like as I can hardly imagine the duvets are cleaned after every stay.

The apartment entrance was a wow factor. Inside was modern and comfortable with a shower room and a spa bath. The bath whilst we were there wasn't working tho they did try and fix it. Its advertised as having a hot tub, which it doesn't. Not an outside one. Even so our stay was wonderful and the people in charge were lovely and helped us out and gave us lots of different advice. It is in an absolutely fantastic spot for lovely eateries and historic venues. We would definitely stay there if we go to Bologna in the future.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city. Close proximity to everything. Host super helpful. Beautiful inner courtyard with only be flight of stairs to climb to the well equipped apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy.
The noise (as stated in other reviews) from ally restaurant beside the one bedroom was super loud until 3am every night, except when it rained.
