Great location near the train station and plenty of restaurants. There's also free parking on Piazza D'Armi, 1 km away. The room is spacious and comfortable. There's also a mini fridge. Overall a great deal.
Some things about the bathroom could be improved: shower drain was a bit clogged, and it would've been better to have a hook for the hand towel.

the property is well located, short walk from train station, and the room charming. I had the balcony overlooking very active plaza in evening. bathroom and shower were good. Vilma, though not on the property, is almost immediate on messaging. The Gold Room, is just as the photo shows.
I prefer a harder mattress. if you are bothered my noise, which I am not, the balcony room is not for you.

The apartment is within easy walking distance from the train station approx 5mins. It is within a large building on the second floor, there is an elevator, it is so cool when you step inside from the heat, Vilma met us early and allowed us to check in , her husband very kindly helped us with our luggage, the red room was beautiful very large with very high ceiling which meant the room stayed cool, everything was within easy walking distance, there was a cafe just outside and many many restaurants on the same street with many shops also close, it was only a short walk to the ferry port which we took out to PortoVerner which is fabulous. The bathroom is very spacious modern and spotless clean. There is a small fridge and a small kettle in the room and the beds are very, very comfortable. Vilma was extremely helpful and a very friendly lady and advised us on restaurants etc. We visited the Chinque Terre from here. Just a few minutes to the towns by train. I can definitely recommend this property.

We loved everything! One of the best stays we have had in Italy, is an old historic building in a great location, a mix of old and new. The have elevator, is very close to train station, parking, and we were surrounded by stores, restaurants and more. The apartment was very clean, very good size, the bathroom was very big! Vilma and her husband were amazing and very helpful.

Amazing location only a very short walk to La Spezia Centrale making travel to the cinque Terre very convenient. Vilma and Sergio were wonderful hosts. Very happy to be contacted for any questions we had and offered great tips on places to visit/eat etc.
Of course it’s personal preference for each individual but the mattress was not particularly to my taste. But this was not an issue and would definitely still stay again

hey, normally I rarely give a negative rating, but here the only plus was the location
very noisy from the street, I understand that the location does its job, but replacing the windows would definitely help. The hospital reception with white light was terrible, and the smell was terrible. The lady who received us did not give us the air conditioning remote control because she thought that the outside temperature did not require it. It's a pity that she didn't ask for the TV remote control, considering that there was no interesting news on TV anyway. I really honestly don't recommend this place, look for something else

A very spacious room with high soaring ceilings, located a short walk away from the La Spezia central station, and within walking distance of many attractions. Located in an old building, but with modern amenities to make the stay comfortable and cosy. The host, Vilma, was very warm and attentive (going above and beyond in helping us get back into our room when we accidentally left our keys inside), as well as giving plenty of tips on sightseeing and how to get around, and providing a lovely welcome pack for our stay. I would love to stay here again when I revisit La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

Hosts were really friendly and helpful with recommendations and happy with everything provided - would recommend staying!

The building these apartments are situated in. location was okay but would pick somewhere else next time. Upon entering it he main building it smells of sewage but note only when entering and leaving the apartments. It is nothing to do with the apartments themselves but the drainage system of the main building that houses them, this is separate and in a different secure section not anywhere near this just to point out.

Arrived on a very hot Sunday afternoon into La Spezia and was so pleased that Vilma checked us in early and buzzed us into the cool courtyard area to wait until she arrived to gives us our room key and the tour of the room - was greatly appreciated
We had a small balcony which was lovely to allow the cool air into the room and sit out once the heat of the day had gone.
Was easy walking distance down to the ferries to Cinque Terra and also to the train station.

There could have been a chair in the room. The Refrigerator did NOT get cold after two days. Was about 55 degrees. No Microwave or utensils. Neither of our booked studio apartments had a working fridge, or microwave!
