A little noisy at night on the Friday I was there but this is out of the hosts control (general street/bar noise) - otherwise a great place as a base to travel Cinque Terre!

You would have home feelings when you enter the building, at the reception and in the room, It is close to the La Spezia Centrale station with walking distance of about 7 minutes, We came later in the evening and a very nice lady staff are waiting for us for the registration. She very nicely explained information for our stay and for traveling to Cinque Terre. The boat tour she recommended was really enjoyable. Room is in a comfortable size, with a clean bathroom.
Bathroom is a little small but it/s clean with all stuffs you need including hair dryer..

Patrizia was really helpful, offering good advice on how to make the best use of my time and a better route back to the property at night. I felt safe with the way she emphasised the importance of locking up properly. She was also very responsive when I told her there may be a leak in the shower room. I liked that the room used white light (a rarity in hotel rooms). La Spezia is also a pretty little place, and I would have loved to explore it for a couple more hours.
While the place was generally clean, it seems the kettle was not cleaned. I'm sure she would have been happy to rectify the problem if I brought it up to her but I decided to just live with it since I didn't really need the kettle for a short stay.

The room is very comfortable and attractively furnished. The room is quiet and I did not experience any noise from the street or from neighbours. The bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of blankets and spare pillows. There is adequate hanging space and some storage space. The refrigerator is quiet and effective. There was also an electric mosquito plug in the room which seemed to work well.
The shower is the best shower I have had in Italy!
The heated towel rack is useful for drying clothes.
The location is a short (fairly flat) walk from the railway station, with only a few stairs just outside the apartment door. It is easy for transporting luggage. The bus stops for San Terenzo/Lerici and Porto Venere are very close by. There are restaurants and supermarkets/mini markets within a short walk. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the historic centre.
Patrizia is a warm and friendly host who speaks excellent English and communicates the check in arrangements promptly when contacted via Booking.com (you will need to arrange a time to meet her at the apartment to check in).
There is nothing I would change, given the price/style of accommodation.
I note that the room has a tiled floor. In summer it will be comfortably cool, but in May it was quite cold - I am glad I had thick socks!

Patrizia provided a wonderful service during my stay - super friendly and spent time giving me lots of tips on things to do, timetables etc. which was really appreciated. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean with everything I needed including a safe. Coffee maker, complimentary water on arrival and a fridge were nice touches. Only a few minutes walk to the train station and the center of town/harbour was in easy walking distance also.
The rooms are in a quiet area of town and my room looked out to a courtyard. However, there did not seem to be much sound proofing between the rooms so you can hear people in rooms beside you.

The room was very nice and clean and a good size. It was very secure. The toilet /bidet and shower were in separate rooms and very clean. Everything I needed was provided including biscuits! Patrizia was very kind and welcoming and gave me plenty of information about the Cinque Terre and how to plan my days. The location was excellent, central but also very close to the train station. Although breakfast was not available, there is an excellent cafe called C'est Bon, located close by on the way to the train station.

Patrizia is very sweet and helpful. Having found out I travel alone, she provided me with some helpful tips about the city. The accomodation was perfect - from location (cca 300m from the station and another 300m to the city historical center), through cleanliness, to comfort. The bed was pretty big for one person, there was a toilet room and a bathroom attached. Patrizia changed the towels after 2 days and the linnen after 3. The room also came with a small fridge and a coffee-maker. Patrizia provided coffee capsules, water, and small sweet treats every day when she came in to clean up the room. There was even a TV I could watch. Overall, the accomodation is perfect and I highly recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The room was immaculate and the cleanliness was exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay.
The hospitality we experienced was truly amazing. Patrizia stood out with her incredible kindness and helpfulness. She provided us with excellent directions to tour Le Cinque Terre, which made our visit even more enjoyable and memorable. One of the aspects that made our stay especially reassuring was the emphasis on safety. The hotel had multiple safety locks, and we felt completely secure during our entire stay.

Really comfy beds and liked having a coffee machine in the room. Patrizia was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information to help us get the most out of our stay.
Room was on the ground floor with a tarmac area outside so not the best view but then we weren’t in our room much. Something in the room was noisy at night - think it might have been the fridge - but by the second night of our stay we were getting used to it and it didn’t stop either of us sleeping.

The commercial district is also less than 10 minutes walk and the harbor about a 15 minute walk. The owner is fantastic and can answer questions and provide advice on where and how to go. I thought for the price the room was an excellent value.
The room size was fine for one person but might feel cramped for two, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Great stay in La Spezia. Near to the train station, and to one of the best bakeries in town. After trekking in Cinque Terre, you only wish to have a hot shower, with high water pressure. You got this in here. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, and you are ready the next day to continue walking around the towns. The property was excellently located for easy access to the Cinque Terre Region via the main station. It was also easy to walk to the harbour and get a ferry to Porto Venere. I felt extremely safe within the property with a locked door to the main building, a passcode to the property and a lock on my room. I am a solo female traveller so safety is important to me. The property was very clean and the hosts extremely kind, explaining the details of my stay and giving tips for how to get about and what to see. Little extras like a fridge, water , biscuits , tea and coffee, shower gel, a hair dryer were really nice. I would definitely use the accommodation again and recommend as a good base for seeing the area.
Nothing - it was great for a town centre. I would say care is needed near the station area as there seemed to be street drinkers about. But this is not a bad comment on the property as every care has been taken to make it secure.

The room was perfect, the aircon worked magically and goodness do not get me started on that bed. Both my partner and I dont think we ever experience such a good nights sleep. If we could fit it in our suitcase we would have tried to take it home with us! The comfiest mattress! The location is absolutely ideal! It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station (depending on how face you walk) 15 minutes walk to the centre with the most delicious restaurant choices and about a 20-5 minute walk to the harbour where you get the ferry. Staying at Le Farfalle( Butterflies) was a bliss. The location is very convenient. You are a few minutes away from the train station, there is everything you would ever need, around the area. The market is about 10 min walk, you'll realise that you're staying in the town centre. However, the accommodation was fantastic. Patrizia is one of the best hosts I've ever met. You'll see. She speaks English and she can advise you about whatever you need. The room is very well equipped, and I had everything I needed for 5 days I stayed in my Papillon suit. We couldn’t have a better experience. One thing that is always an important thing for me is PILLOW… and usually I bring my own wherever I go… here the pillows were just right not too hard and high :)

Host was very friendly, room was clean, perfectly located ( lovely water spot near the hotel where one can seat, relax and even take the ferries to the other villages), hotel is about a 6 minute walk from the train station, lots of eateries nearby.
Bathroom was TINY - a common theme throughout Italy, so I can't fault them for that.

It was very cute and clean. Host gave great recommendations and was very helpful.
We liked that it was near the train station but the neighborhood after dark was a little sketchy. Still felt safe with the locked entrances to our room.
