Location pretty good.
- Poor communication.
- parking and front door hard to find. No instructions for front door.
- Ants all over the bathroom floor.
- After booking a stay through booking.com, Teresa sent us a text, asking us to cancel our stay with booking.com and to book directly through her at a cheaper price. We refused to do this. Then when we arrived, she left a note with house rules requesting to be paid in cash. She didn’t respond to any of my questions about this as it says on booking.com that cash is not accepted. After we finally caved and paid her in cash as we were in a rush to get back to our schedule, and leaving her cash in the unlocked safe in the unlocked room, at Teresa’s request, she then finally got back to us and said that she would charge my credit card!! I submitted a complaint to booking.com and then she contacted us saying that she received the cash and did not charge our credit card. . . . It was SO STRESSFUL for our family. Definitely not what we expected from this place.

Room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful.
Walking distance to train station that brings you to Cinque Terre.
Walking distance to restaurants.
Parking available…have to reserve it with the owner…it’s offsite…about 200m away for 25 euros per day to be payed cash.
A bit noisy at night…police/ambulance sirens passed quite often during our 2-day stay….no biggy if you’re not a light sleeper.
One flight of stairs outside and another inside…good to know in advance to plan luggage size

This is a room in a regular old building with other uses. They don’t show any of this in the photos. Also, you need to carry luggage approx 1.5 stories high by stairs.
AC was low (it was a hot day and we suffered!). Fridge was not cold.

The location was great, the room clean and quite recently renovated to a high standard. Access was clearly explained by email.
We were lucky to find parking close by but if not this could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. The air conditioning unit was exceptionally loud and had to be turned off as it was impossible to sleep; not a problem if it is not too hot.
