Very nice hotel located in Mestre. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
There is also a very wonderful terrace outside the hotel on which you can spend your time.
The location is good, very close to the train station Mestre Ospedale for Venice. Also, it is very accesible for the tourist travelling by car and offers parking directly at the location, free of charge.

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and was pretty happy with it,so that's why I chose it again. The location is in a business district area,and a small mall is down the street,with a grocery store, plus you can take the city bus almost outside the front door to Venice in about 25 mins, for 1.70 euros,each way. Great pizza place down the street,Rossoopomodoro, is fantastic,probably the best pizza I have ever had.
I think the outside of the building could be cleaner. The panels on the front of the building are steel or something,and all rusted, which really doesn't look good, plus they could trim the bushes in front and power wash the patio style bricks around the front of building,and get rid of the bird mess all over areas of the bricks. The outside windows are pretty dirty,they had 1 big window open,and you could see all the smear marks where someone tried to clean them somewhat,but still looks tacky. The outside bushes are over grown and wild looking.I like businesses that keep their property well groomed and want people to see how nice they look. This Sheraton hotel wouldn't pass hotel outside inspection for cleanliness or manicured. I think they could do a better job. The outside areas don't look premier like most Marriott or Sheraton hotels in the United States.

The room was always clean and big enough for three people, with wardrobes, a small safe, a desk and a TV. The bathroom was big, with a shower and a bathtub.
During a rainy day we also enjoyed spending an hour in the hotel's spa!
The reception was kind enough to provide a plug adapter during our stay.
The shower looked damaged and the water easily spread to the floor. On the bathtub there were some black areas. We could still enjoy the shower and the staff would clean the floor, but for a room at 200€/night we think they could fix it.
The TV doesn't have Netflix or Youtube. Not a big deal, but something to consider in this day and age ;)

Old bathroom ventilation wasn t working at all persistent smell. In the room we found knails on the carpet. Sheets weren't changed during our stay. Toilet paper wasnt enough . Shampoo and body moisture finished and didnt refill the caps. Shower had only 2 working modes cold and very hot. Water for 3 persons was only 2 bottles each day. Cofee or tea in the room nothing. There is a lot of room to do better up to 4* hotel. Maybe 2* .

Great breakfast, including gluten-free options.
The only drawback is the white noise from the road. But pretty well isolated.

There was a concern on the bath tub of our room. The bath tub was leaking. Good thing we just stayed for 1 night. The staff just checked. Even if this was the case the breakfast was covered by the hotel.

I am really really happy about my choice it was an excellent decision, the staff are very helpful, nice and supportive. They offer us maps, bus and train schedules. Location is very good too close to everything we can walk to train and bus . I will definitely choice this hotel again and recommend to my friends.

The invoicing system is terrible, prior arrival at the hotel the property held the price of one night from my credit card, and upon check out they again took the rest of the Bill, today I just checked that both these transactions are on hold and they made a transaction with the full amount of stay, I am wondering why is all that?!

We were on our family trip and we decided to visit Venice just for a day. We were traveling by car and the option of the free parking on site or the hotels own underground garage was super convenient. We decided to park at the underground garage which is 15 Euro per night which is in our opinion a fair price. Hotel is located outside of Mestre close to many shopping centers and what is more important just next to the bus station from which you can take a 24H bus line directly to Venice. The ride takes only 20 minutes and another great thing about the hotel is the fact that you can buy the bus tickets at the reception desk.
And the reception desk staff is really kind and helpful, all of them, and in our case specifically the receptionist called Luca. Helped us a lot with all infos about the hotel, public transport, Venice and so on…
Breakfast offer is enough for a short stay like ours, had everything we needed, dinner menu also just enough.
Only thing we noticed are the room bathroom facilities which are clean but they need a refreshment. It didn’t bother us but is something to think about.
Another great thing, especially for our little son was the interactive wall at the hotel entrance…had a lot of fun…all in all a great stay…we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Venice :)

The hotel is very modern. The lobby is beutiful! Upscale, clean and quiet. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and kind. Definitely a bonus they were all bilingual. The restaurant food was so good. We took the bus everyday. There was a stop near by that took us to another stop to get off and than into venice. There's a nice shopping mall behind the hotel and only a 10 minute walk.
Breakfast was cold but good.
The TV was kept shutting off after a 30-60 minutes. I checked the timer and nothing was enabled. The front did offer to send someone up but I got it working for one night and it did the same after.
The water was extremely hot! Guaging was not straight forward but overall it was manageable.

The hotel was very clean, new, and comfortable. We loved the welcome detail — they left us a card with some cookies, which was a really nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly; they helped us a lot with buying tickets for both the bus and the Vaporetto to Venice, and also guided us on how to organize our trip there and back. Plus, there’s a bus stop nearby, which makes getting around super convenient.
The breakfast felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. There wasn’t a lot of variety in the food, so that part could definitely be improved.

The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost for our anniversary/surprise birthday trip for my partner. I asked them to add a special touch to our room and they added balloons and rose petals and some sweet treats. During our stay, they were very accommodating and provided us with complimentary fruit in our room and complimentary late-checkout due to me feeling unwell and an issue with our air conditioning the night before. All of the staff members provided excellent customer service and we were truly grateful to be taken care of so well. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The hotel is a 20 minute train ride from Venice so very well-located. I would highly recommend Four Points Sheraton Mestre.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions on how to get around. We took the bus the first time into Venice but then used taxis as it just seemed easier. The room was great - very big! Loved the cookies and water!
Thougth breakfast was a little pricey for what was available. I'm not a big breakfast eater so wasn't worth it for me. I just need a little something to get me going.
