The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was calm and we rested very well.
The WiFi was a bit slow in the rooms and the breakfast could have used a bit of variation.

Franco was a very helpful host, the place organized a very sweet and simple authentic italian breakfast each day. The place is very close to the Metro and a 10 min walk from the coast as well as the famous pizza place 50 Kalo
The approach to the building could have been better. The rooms on the 3rd floor are to take and not the one on the ground floor.

Everything was good and the women on the reception was very kind and nice. When we arrived she gave us the map and she marked the good places. The room was very clean and everything was fine. Very good location its 4 metro stops to the centre and it takes you 2-3 minutes to the metro station which is at the corner of the hotel. Every morning we had coffe and the croisant which was good start to the new day.
The shower could be bigger.

The host is really friendly and tries to give as many details about the town as possible. The location was quite easy to find, it has in interior yard which is locked overnight, giving us that safety feeling. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, more of a buffet with biscuits and croissants, but it's ok to grab something before you go exploring the town.
The rooms had a very heavy smell of old furniture. The beds were really uncomfortable and the air conditioning which had to be switched on due to high temperatures was really noisy.

The bed was comfortable and the location is great. Very near metro station.
The place was not as advertised. It was advertised that there would be a sofa bed. There was not. When I asked, they said they would bring one the next day. They never did. Also, Wifi was terrible. Absolutely horrible. I couldn't use it.

The host was lovely and prepared breakfast for us early so we could catch our flight.
The road it was situated on is very busy and getting in and out of taxi was worrying with children. The outside of the property is unattractive but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was bigger than expected. Location was perfect for what I needed. The host/owner was just perfect, he even helped me order taxis for early morning appointments, and came to check up on me in the evening when I didn't show up for breakfast that day.
I thought I was going to have a view from my room and access to a terrace, so I was a little disappointed when I didn't have either of them.

The room was cleaned very well every day.
Great access to public transport and shopping options.
Tasty breakfast.
The flow of water in the shower was so small that it was practically impossible to shower with it, especially to wash your hair...
The staff came 2 hours late one morning and because of that we missed breakfast as we already had a trip planned...

Near to a metro station for easy access to other parts of the city, and also walkable distance to the harbour.
The photos on the booking.com site did not correspond to the accommodation. The room was listed as having a balcony overlooking a courtyard and the picture showed a leafy green courtyard garden. In reality you couldn't go on the balcony as it looked in a very poor state and there was a huge air-condition box in the middle making it impossible to get on it! It also overlooked the inner courtyard that was a carpark. Booking.com also fails to mention that the property is on the 3rd floor accessible by 78 steps or a rickety coin operated lift!

The breakfast is a classical continental breakfast, not too much choice but tasty. The area was safety, not so far from the citycenter, very close to the main busline and underground line 2.
There was reception just between 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 pm (practically the owners of the home) and nobody speaks English. But they were very friendly and ready to dissolve any kind of problem.

Excellent location near Mergellina station. Exceptionally kind staff, thanks. Clean room. Breakfast, despite it was basic (croissants and cappuccino).
Wifi was unreliable. Parking 25 Eur per night is in garage in street next to the room - it is somehow complicated to find the entrance and parking spot was not guaranteed for only being the guests in the room. It depends on garage occupancy. Shower was really narrow, but Ok it could be used anyway.
