Location to most sites was 30 minutes walk or less. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Since the building was old, the window didn't seal so street noise was heard, especially at night. The bed was too firm for me ( that's my choice). The shower could use updating. The cost per night was high for a room of this condition.

Location was accessible to main attractions But very wierd situation that there was no official sign and it took me a while to figure out where to go!

Some of the staff rude. Location was good, but that was weird the hotel was inside a building and each them I had to buzz to someone open my door!

Location is good, closest area is Trastevere. Also has some cafes/restaurants/supermarkets in the area called Capo Fiore. You are walking distance from Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Piazza Venezia. Room has air conditioner which was very important due to high temperature even in late September Staff was really nice and helpful.

Bed could be more comfortable, but overall was OK Building is shared, hotel starts at first floor. It is in front of a square, quite busy during mornings and there was some road work in the main avenue near the hotel.

Great location, easy to walk to everything within minutes. Good sized room for the single I booked. Guido and the other gentleman were very helpful. Solid place to stay.

Can hear noise from street right outside window, can hear people within the building. Bring some earplugs to sleep like me and its not a problem.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is in a walking distance from major monuments f Rome such as the Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi, Piazza Navona. The hotel staff were very helpful and they did everything they could for an unforgettable stay. The breakfast although basic, it was tastefully and what you need to start your day. The wi-fi was very good and with high speed. The hotel is in 1 minute walk from a tram line which takes you in 5 minutes to the Trastevere train station.

The location is great

The rooms are not well maintained. It does not look like a 4 start hotel at least the room they gave me. The bathroom is quite old and with broken things. The bed was really hard, like uncomfortable and there are not even plugs to charge the phone. I had to disconnect the tv to charge the phone. And there is also noise easily coming through the door.

Location was great.

The room was so small we could barely move around. The bathroom was tiny and cramped, nearly impossible to shower without getting the floor wet.

Special shoutout to Ada for being extra accommodating to me and my family. The rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location was spot on. Near major landmarks. Easy access to transportation.

Wifi network needs to be upgraded since they only use repeaters. Suggest they use Mesh Wifi if cables are not allowed.
