The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing and so is the view. We had a room that overlooked the lake and it was beautiful. Parking is not a problem and the hotel is conveniently located making it possible to walk around Sirmione.

We really enjoyed our stay at Europa Hotel. All the employees were very friendly, spoke English and German. We chose the hotel mainly because it has a charging station for electric cars and we could use it every time we needed it. The view of the room with Lake view is fantastic. We had a small balcony with 2 chairs that we also enjoyed to drink a beer in the evening. The hotel also offers free bikes that we used to reach downtown. It was a very easy ride and very convenient. We are very glad we chose this location because the traffic closer to Sirmione is chaotic. The breakfast was super complete and we also had dinner there and it was great.

The lake view rooms are in the old part of the hotel. Therefore the bathroom is quite small, specifically the shower. The mattress and pillows were a little too hard for our taste. The room could be a little bigger, but we didn't stay there that much.

Hard to beat location next to Lago di Garda. Nice restaurant and private beach with all one needs to relax. Bicycles freely available. Very friendly hotel team, always helpful.

Some of the breakfast items (fresh fruit juices, better coffee, fresh milk, whole meal bakeries, etc) should be better quality to meet the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

Great location, just 5 mins on bicycle (hotel provides them for free) to Sirmione. Lots of parking space outside and in a garage. Big balcony with a veiw. Nice pool and a beach. Good restaurant.

Smoking is permited on a balcony - when your neighbors smoke you will get all the smell to your room.

the hotel offers a bike service for free. This was a very big advantage! the hotel is a few kilometers from the Sirmione centre, but the fact that they offered bikes made this very accessible. the private beach and pier is also really beautiful there were a lot of restaurants nearby

the rooms were quite small and not every room has a balcony, but we didn't mind that much because we were only there for 2 nights. If you go for a longer period, I would recommend asking for a bigger room in advance

We stayed in a juniorsuite which was big and with a roomy balcony with a beautifully view over Garda lake and pool. the bathroom was very nice and big and the bed was comfortable, a lot of space for your clothes and stuff. Free parking with garage, friendly staff, nice pool, nice bridge out in the water to swim in Garda. we could use bicycles for free. good walking distance to restaurants etc!

The room was very clean and big but also very sterile, such a big room should have needed something more to make it cozy. Breakfast was fine but had better.

Excellent family run hotel, which never felt full even though all of the rooms were taken. The hotel had an excellent feel to it and we felt right at home. Its location was brilliant, right on the shore of Lake Garda, with its own private beach and jetty. There was ample and excellent parking for our car for free in the gardens of the hotel, but we elected to park in the hotel's underground garage, for a fee of 8 Euros per night. This was an excellent garage with plenty of space and security for our Jaguar XK Convertible. The reception staff were absolutely excellent, helping us to get out of a difficult situation when we were stuck in Peschiera Del Garda one evening and could not get a taxi back to the hotel in Sirmione, as all of the taxis were on strike. The lady on reception talked us through how to get a bus from Peschiera to Columbare di Sirmione and where we had to walk to, to find the right bus stop. She was a real life saver that evening as we were very tired after our day trip to Venice. The hotel provided free pool towels and also free use of bicycles, which we availed ourselves of to travel into Sirmione old town, some 3km away. The hotel pool was excellent and was never very busy. In fact, we often had the pool to ourselves as the other guests tended to only use the pool from 4pm onwards. This was one of our best holidays ever and one that we intend to repeat next year. This was an absolutely brilliant holiday at an exceptional hotel with exceptional owners and staff who, became our good friends.

Next time we stay at this hotel we will choose a room with a balcony, so as to gain a bit more space both inside the bedroom and also on the balcony.

Perfect restaurant is part of hotel and nearby are more others restaurants, bike path. I loved everything about this place - beautiful view on the lake, quiet, not in the center (but if you want to go there it’s only 10 minutes by bikes which are for free in the hotel + the bike path is next to the hotel), free parking place in front of the hotel, big garden, clean pool, private beach and pier. The room and bathroom were quite small but clean with amazing view on the lake! Moreover the breakfast was very good and the food at the restaurant was super delicious! Also staff is really nice and very helpful. Me and my family spend great time here :)

The location was perfect., right on Lago Gardo within walking/biking distance of the Sermione Peninsula. Our room had a large balcony. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. We loved using the free bikes. The pool was heated but unfortunately it was still too cold for me to get in.

When we finally settled in a room in the older building (comfort), the view was beautiful and very close to the lake, you could hear it lapping at the shoreline. The breakfast was very decent with a good range, the cooked elements might not be as wide a range as some locations, but it was plenty for us. Free bikes and excellent cycle paths further afield around the lake.

It should be made a lot clearer that the Junior suites in the new building only have limited, partial lake views. In the photos here, you can see the partial view from a suite, which is more directly looking onto the pool, compared to the wide lakeside view from a comfort (triple) room. We were not trying to be difficult but we were disappointed at the suite outlook, it didn't meet expectation as the more expensive room generally has the best view, although rooms were switched to a cheaper one, the manager wasn't happy about it apparently and was quite difficult about compensating the difference. Customer satisfaction clearly came quite far below making a few extra bucks here. Upfront honesty is always best. There wasn't much atmosphere in the hotel, after breakfast there didn't seem to be much to keep people entertained, even on a rainy day. Staff were friendly enough, but didn't go out of their way. It has much more potential to be an interesting stay with more information in the bar area.

Beautiful hotel located outside of the main hub of Sirmione. Private beach and pool were amazing and relaxing and the free bike hire was wonderful for an easy ride into the main town. Staff were wonderful and the views/location were stunning!

Perfect location. We left Vetona and arrived in Sirmione here by bus only 3.60 each dropped us off near to the hotel. Minute we arrived, the staff were amazing and we could not fault this as throughout our 3 day stay amazing. Breakfast was amazing. We met the owner...we can see this place going far. Rooms in the new building were on high standard. Should be a 4star. Half and hour to 45 mins to Central part of Sirmione walking wise. Definitely a fantastic place to stay. Sirmione....beautiful part of Lake Garda.

My stay (number 5 in the last 10y) was nice as always. The hotel is really nice, garden, beach, breakfast terrace are just beautiful and the hotel has a family atmosphere, also with the other guests. Still it has to be seen if the new owners can keep this atmosphere.

The breakfast could have more variety. Most guests stay for at least a week and then it gets a little bit boring to have every day nearly the same and there would be so much small things be possible to change one too components every day. The aircon and fridges are relatively old and weak performance.

Stayed here for 3x nights in the "new" block, the accommodation is lovely, with a nice big, clean shower area. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area is excellent, never an issue for sun loungers. A nice 25min walk to Sirmione.

The first night we couldn't get the air con to work - the patio sliding door handle needs to be in the "UP" position not down for it to work - feel it could do with a little note in the room to let you know.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Added advantage of sunbeds located in a private garden overlooking the lake. The rooms were so clean and spacious. Really enjoyed borrowing the hotel bikes to use on a couple of occasions. We never had any problems getting a sunbed around the lovely swimming pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's an approximate 25-30 minute walk into Sirmione which we really enjoyed doing, however there was also a very regular shuttle bus until quite late into the evening. Would absolutely stay here again.

Minor complaint we found the pillows very hard. Also not a great selection for breakfast.

We stayed in new part in Garda suite & it was very spacious & clean Great pool area & nice terrace Few mins walk to bus stop for bus into town which was very frequent

I prefer the modern rooms but think the older rooms will have the best few over the lake!

Nice and new and refurbished inside. Staff excellent in difficult circumstances as the place should not be open and is still a building site.

The property should not be open and was completely mid sold as there are builders on site. Earth moving still going on and starts at 7:30 in the morning. Dust and dirt everywhere. So noisy we couldn’t sit on our balcony. Many facilities not available- no roof terrace, no restaurant, no wellness centre, no grass on half the property! It’s a disgrace to be sold at this point. If you have a booking in the next month cancel it and insist on your money back.

Beautifully clean hotel in a wonderful location. This is not in the heart of Sirmione but it’s also quieter because of it but shops and restaurants are nothing walking distance. Easy bus shuttle locally to main centre

Spa wasn’t open yet but we knew that when booking. I’m sure it’ll be lovely when it’s done if at the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

The property has been totally remodeled; rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Great location; less than 2 miles from Sirmione. Both pools (indoor and outdoor) are modern, super clean; very nice setup. The spa (sauna; relax room is outstanding) . Great breakfast; very friendly staff; amazing customer service

We loved the intimate and personalized service . Nadia provided a great service , she was very helpful in helping us with our 3 day itinerary. Anna is also very good with customer service and she is a great operator for the morning breakfast. She is great with customers and staff.

Maurizio the bar man . He either needs some time off to rest or training on customer service. Good attitude in the hospitality business is essential.

We loved everything! The room balcony, the view from our room was amazing. We used the indoor pool which was absolutely perfect!! Made our holiday even better since at this time of year the outdoor pool is too cold. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was satisfactory.
