Perfect location in the city center. Huge room. Large beds. Large toilet, lot of towels. Lot of space. Quiet location. Small kitchen with sufficient equipment: mini fridge, microwave, boiler, nespresso machine, glasses, cups.

A couple of nespresso capsules would have been great!

We had adjoining rooms since there were 3 of us. Location was easy to find. We walked from the train station. Lots of good restaurants close by. Good value.

We did have instructions for where to go to check in but I still wasn't clear that we had to go into the building and then up to the 4th floor. Once there check-in was easy.

Our host recommended a cafe diagonally across the square for breakfast (with a 10 per cent discount for being one of her customers) but the waiters refused to take our order for some reason (maybe because I mentioned the discount). They were also very busy. We finally left after waiting more than 40 minutes to order breakfast as we had a bus to catch.

Nothing. Everything else was excellent

Really handy place to stay in the centre of town. Very clean and a great location. We didn't actually meet any staff as we arrived late but the communication in advance was very good.

Getting in to the building and room is a bit of a fuss but we got videos in advance which explained everything well.

Perfect location, Comfortable, clean rooms

Parking was a challenge - but worth it, considering the location. We left the car at the top of the hill by the cathedral (take the secret elevator instead of the stairs to the top of the hill!)
