The location is very central, and the room is spacious and clean. I never met the hosts personally, but the communication was good, and they wrote back every time i contacted them.
The apartments are located in a street directly next to a restaurant, so you should be aver it can get loud in the evening.

The property was spotlessly clean on the first floor of the building, with access card stored in a mini-safe, the code for which I was sent before arrival. Flawless process :) the room was very spacious, dual aspect, and facing onto the street. Windows blocked out street noise v effectively. We were in a little self sufficient neighbourhood and yet c.60 seconds from Piazza UnitΓ dβItalia.

We was here third time. We like this place, which is very good for two-three nights stay. Location is amazing. Clean, comfort and nice enterior.
We were a little cold in the evening. The radiators were turned up to maximum, but it was still chilly. I had to call the owner to remotely increase the temperature limit. And the same again tomorrow morning... I guess they have a reason to limit the temperature in the facility until you call

The apartment is superbly located, right in the center, close to everything. The street is very busy with people (no traffic), but the sound insulation is very good (you can't hear anything in the apartment). There are lots of bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets and pharmacies right there. The apartment is very clean. We only stayed one night and didn't cook, but the apartment was very well equipped.
Irena was very friendly and helpful.

First of all, it's in the heart of the city, close to the sea, main square, museums, amphitheatre, ... and SO MUCH is going on! Friday night the sounds of people on the streets are inviting you to go out and enjoy yourself, saturday morning people are singing on the street.
The hostes is so so so nice and kind! Helpful and makes sure you are all god. Thank you, Irena!
The interior is beautiful and everything you need - but not all rooms / apartments have a kitchen! If you need it make sure you ask. When you come in the bulding everything smells nice, it is very clean and quiet and safe. NOT wheelchair accesible.
Overall, anytime we go to Trieste, we will come here for sure! :)

Shower was amazing!!! After coming off a cruise with a cramped shower and less than strong water pressure, it was awesome enjoy a spacious and strong shower!
Toiletries were lovely and there were even 2 pairs of slippers for us.
Given the close proximity of the bars and restaurants, it was a bit noisy in the evening.
If you are an early sleeper, that could be a problem, although I was able to fall asleep quite easily by turning on a YouTube relaxation music playlist to drown out the noise.
Our room faced the street, so I imagine a room that did not would be quieter.

The location couldnβt have been better, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, and both the room and bathroom were incredibly spacious and comfortable. Although I only stayed one night, I would have gladly stayed longer if time allowed. Irena was a wonderful hostβso kind and welcoming, she even walked with me to the train station the next morning with my luggage. It truly felt like staying with family. I highly recommend Tergestroom to anyone visiting Trieste!

The apartment locates right at the heart of Trieste, 5-10mins walking distance to most of the major attractions. And 15-20 mins walk to the train station as well.

Irene and her husband are very very nice people. The husband met us and helped with the luggage. The studio apt is very nice and inviting. I recommend this place as the location is absolutely fantastic. Directly behind the famous savior palace hotel. Very close to the square. Banks food and shopping right there. I would definitely rent from her again and suggest that you really get your value for this gem.
Irene will tell you that there are steps when renting. If you are handicapped then this is not a place to go. I'm mobile and steps were not a problem.
