I liked the location of the hotel near Al Salam Mall. There are some shops and cafes nearby. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good and has variety of choices. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Linen and bedding were dirty and found hair on pillow covers. Found stain spots all across the bedding. Safety hazards on the floor with multiple rugs crisscrossing each other. Shower had no place to put a soap or shower gel. Lighting was horrible in the bathroom and unable to shave properly.

Cannot possibly say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were incredible. The breakfast buffet is huge with just about every option you could possibly think of. They went out of their way to accommodate me during Ramadan so I would still have food available for me. Location is fantastic with many malls, shopping areas, and restaurants within walking distance. Marina walk is just a couple blocks away. I was given a free upgrade to a suite, which was simply incredible, so I can't review the normal room size. This will definitely be the place I stay on future visits.

While out of cell phone coverage in Egypt, there was a glitch in acceptance of my Amex credit card. This resulted in the cancelation of my room. I had to rebook my room a few days later, and I was unable to get my desired room with a washing machine. This was able to be sorted after my first night (my flight was late in) by staff and my last two nights were very good. There is a large hypermall across the road and the Marina Mall is esy walking distance.

I do think the hotel could have been more accommodating in checking time. My room was available but I had to pay full price just for a few hours as arrived early morning.
The phone system isn't great. Tried calling reception and then got told it was wrong number to what they have on the poster in the room. Therefore, had to take my own luggage down.
Location was not great.. Quite far from all the attractions so had to get a taxi everywhere
The customer service could have been better for hotel. Telling me about the facilities in the hotel etc.

It was a joint room with a door in the room connecting with the room next to us and nobody from the staff informed me of that. Usually the hotels inform the guests beforehand of such situations so we can relicate or change the rooms.

The location is excellent.
The room was fine, but for some reason, as with my last trip I had a problem with the AC. The one over the bed was not working and I woke up with a migraine the next day. Even after complaining about it to the Reception after breakfast, no action was taken. I went out in the afteroon and came back around 6 PM at which time i went straight to Reception to ask if the AC issue had been addressed, it had not. I went up to my room and after 40 minutes, the maintenance technicians came to work on the AC. As the repairs were taking a long time, I was provided an alternative room after 7:30 PM. I was extremely disappointed by this whole situation and ideally should have been reimbursed for the stay.

Well, during check in I reserved a room with two bed and by mistake it was saying for one person but my brother and I were coming from Saudi so he want to charge me more almost 50% from the total cost so i was like that doesnโt make any senseโฆ he says thatโs the rules here
I honestly donโt care about rules if the receptionist doesnโt have flexibility thatโs mean he is not capable of doing his job or he is in the wrong position
I just did cancel my reservation for free and reserved it again for two guys it was only 1 KD additional for additional second person but hotel wanted to charge me almost 11 KD
Second and most importantly i asked the guy in the reception will you give me better offer than booking offer or i should just reserve it from booking
He just gave more expensive price than online
I was like guys are you really serious giving me more expensive rate than online

I always stay at this hotel. Itโs clean, well-organized, and the staff are very friendly โ especially the Filipina receptionist who gave me an upgrade as Iโm a regular guest and the bellboy Raj. The breakfast this time was more Asian style and less diverse compared to my previous stays. The location is perfect close to everything: malls, restaurants, cafรฉs, and Lulu hypermarket is right across the street, just a short walk away. The team is helpful, cheerful, and quick to respond whenever you need something. The bed and pillows are clean and very comfortable.
Parking can get busy when there are events at the hotel, but itโs not a problem since they offer valet service. It would be great if the parking area had shade, as the Kuwait sun is extremely hot. Honestly, the only things the hotel is missing are a swimming pool, shaded parking, and cold water during the summer

when i first arrived, i found Female hair all over the bed and the pillows, i asked for a manager they mentioned he's not available! all what they did is that they sent housekeeping to change the blanket and covers!

The location and the staff service
Although the room was booked to be non smoking room and it was communicated before the booking, the room smells like a cigarette. the team tried to clean it without success.
