The indoor heated pool was really good specially at this time of the year where you cannot swim outside. Breakfast was decent not bad.
Well, i booked a room for 2 adults so by default the room should be ready with all amenities for 2 people! But unfortunately, it was prepared for one person only and we had one thing of each. I have contacted the reception to provide us with another towel as we had one only in the room and it literally took them almost 3 HOURS to bring it! I called them like 3 times and ended up going downstairs myself to follow up on that.
Funny enough, on the next day when the housekeeping cleaned the room, they also left one towel in the bathroom, and i had to again ask them for another one...it was too frustrating.
Another thing is that the room key suddenly decided not to work and we had to wait outside the room for 15 minutes till it got fixed and the staff didnt even apologise for the inconvenience.
Was really shocked with how bad the customer service is to be honest to even mess the basic default stuff let alone any other specific demands.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view and location is perfect??
1. The cleaness level is a little poor in the rooms and the restaurant utensils for breakfast.
2. The water in the shower was not as hot as I hoped.
3. The furniture and carpets are outdated.

I got a sea view - great views. Breakfast choice varies - continental to onsite omlettes (mine was slightly dry) but overall the foof was good. Many tables had a seaview. Server Davian from Kenya was lovely. Receptionist clerk Ms. Mary from Kenya was professional and friendly. Hire more Kenyans. They are an asset to your organization. Ms. Mary curteously gave me a late check out (I checked in after 11pm the night before) and she had someone go outside to hail a taxi for me. Great service.

recently dined at the main restaurant on the first floor of the Grand Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the service. The dishes were delicious, well-presented, and the flavors were balanced.
A special commendation to Mr. Jabin, whose exceptional service elevated our experience.
His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our visit memorable.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards. I will certainly recommend your restaurant to friends and colleagues.
I wish that there’s was a spa for men too.
