The hotel is very clean. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the pool area with the gorgeous views.The balcony had an amazing view to the ocean. Has a private beach just in front of the hotel? Which was so beautiful and helpful, not far from the hotel. There's a lot of sports activities. Water activities like jet ski para sailing and banana boat. The hotel it's centrally located and they're very fair. It's a great area with restaurants and a lot of stores around. It's very easy to move around, exchange money and right? They buy food or go to any restaurant around. It was amazing. I had such a great day. I'm gonna come back here again.

The pools are great and the entertainment the same. We participated in a water aerobics class which was both active and relaxing at the same time.
The beach at this hotel has very strong waves. I would not recommend if you don't know how to swim well. Not suitable for children or the elderly. There is also music and noise until midnight. Even at the 8th floor where we stayed. We could hear the noise and music. Still able to sleep with earplugs.

The receptionist that gives you the bracelet are really racist because they saw me not coming with money or good clothes or even asking if it’s only two me and my son and after I say yes they act like if I’m weird or something.

Gorgeous beachfront setting, where every room has a balcony and views of the bay. Very competent (and abundant) staff. Spacious and spotless rooms (we were upgraded to a huge suite), with seriously comfy bed. World class amenities: restaurants and bars, gym, pools, beach club, etc. And a great deal on Booking.com! A class act all around.
My only real complaint is that the disco across the street thumped away loudly all night.

There's a gym, few swimming pools and it's own beach
It's a very busy hotel so checking in can be tiresome, I dont think I have ever stayed queing up for check in anywhere, but getting to my room was well worth it afterwards

Wow an amazing stay. Very friendly staff, special thanks to reception staff Lizbeth and general manager Alejandro for making our first family trip with our newborn very special. The hotel is very well maintained with clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The baby crib provided was very nice. The hotel is family friendly yet organized and spacious so it doesn't feel noisy with children. The location on the beach is great and the sunset view from the balcony is beautiful.

The location of my room because the noise of the street was too
loud and I couldn’t sleep very well. Noise of trucks and motorcycles all night long. The terrace door are very thin they need to do something.
