Breakfast buffet was vast and in a lovely restaurant overlooking the beach. Beautiful place for breakfast. However breakfast despite wide choice was of mediocre quality. I just had lots of the fresh fruit and yogurts. The location was stunning on a beautiful part of the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful too and every room seems to have a front facing ocean view. Quite close to the airport for easy transfers and similar distance to old town area. Our room was lovely and despite being an older hotel was well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful although sometimes we struggled with communicating due to language ( we don’t speak Spanish and not all staff speak English) but they all tried to help where they could. The other restaurants food was mixed as had some good meals and also some poor ones. I think the emphasis is on quantity rather than quality but maybe they are trying to meet the needs of people with huge appetites!

The hygiene in the food and beverage areas was very poor. We had a few unpleasant issues that despite being highlighted to staff ( apologies and room number noted) were never followed up. I was worried we would catch something from the hygiene issues and sure enough I left the hotel feeling unwell and have now tested positive to COVID. I have emailed the hotel with my concerns but so far have not received a response. Also as first time visitors we would have liked a bit more information and we felt a bit lost as we didn’t find any information in the room or anywhere else. We asked for a drinks menu at the bar and were told there isn’t one so had no idea what was on offer. I was told there was a wine list at the restaurants and we had to ask for it but when we did request one it never materialised. This was our first time all-inclusive and don’t think we will repeat the experience.

This hotel was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. The kids activities were nothing fancy but just with my 3 year old needed besides a pool and a playground, thank you to Monserrat from the kids club for being so sweet with my girl. The room was comfy and the breakfast and lunch buffet were great, The dinner buffet and the Italian and Mexican restaurant were decent. My 9 month old baby loved the food there haha The location was perfect, close to the airport and so pretty. I highly recommend it.

If I have to nitpick... we were a bit lost since this was our first all inclusive experience, so we didn't really know what was available to us, we had to find out little by little. The drinks were weak which might be disappointing for some but it was not a big deal for us. The Asian restaurant food was underwhelming and service at the Mexican restaurant was really slow.

Music from next resort (Friendly) was very loud and went weel in to the morning. Kept us awake most nights till about 4;30 am. The beach is not very swimmable. You can't just wade in and enjoy. Drops off quickly and strong surf surges.

The location of the hotel was central and had a large beach area.

For the price I expected a hotel which was not showing its age so much. The aircon in the room was either to warm or cold and adjustment didn’t work. One day there were no beach towels and was told they would bring one in 30 minutes. After an hour I went back and asked for a towel. They were out but had kept one back for me. Alcohol free beer was only available through room service.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very helpful! They rooms have a beautiful view and are spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and has a nice view. They also served a good lunch. The drinks at the pool were so also good.

The service at the swim up bar was a but slow, I think they need more employees at peak hours. Also, the showers need to be updated.

The breakfast was wonderful and it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

I wish they had a buffet available in the evening. The restaurant were good but if you stay more than 3 nights, it gets repetitive. We didn't leave property for dinner because our 6 year old was exhausted after playing in the sun all day.

Hotel is actually really pretty. Love the peacocks throughout the facility! The resort is quite small, so easy to navigate and a quick trip from room to beach or pool. The area is walkable to a supermarket across the street.

Drinks meh. Food overall -not great. Exception was Breakfast- a very nice variety . Dinner at Chinese was complete fail, Italian was pretty good but, lunch was rather sad. Staff was split. Some very nice. Some quite grumpy. Service was NEVER great.

Breakfast was actually my Favorite experience of all @ your resort. I was the first in and my party and partner that i came with were allowed to camp out almost till lunch in a section that was referred to as the 9exclusive) section @ no additional charge. because of this we all made sure to show your gratitude to all the staff that made us feel like kings and queens all day.

Check in time. I really was exceptionally sad about that. We were lucky to already have someone staying there for a couple days prior. But waiting 3- 4 hours to get into our room was rough after a full day of travel.

The food throughout the property was good. We ended up paying additional fees to use the Sonne Club (adults only pool) the staff up there was excellent.

The day I requested the room to be cleaned housekeeping left our bed stripped of the linens (literally was just an uncovered mattress) and didn’t clean the room. We came from a day long excursion and just wanted to relax but had to wait for the housekeeper to clean the room. Also on the 3rd floor a peacock sits in one of the windows and woke us up a couple of mornings with its cries.

Food was amazing (Rosato Restaurant better than the Asian). Breakfast, in a nice location in front of the ocean, had so many choices, healthy and also for special diet (gluten free, vegetarian).

Due to the low season, they were remodeling a part of the resort and there were men at work but I'm sure the result will be great!

Most of the food was delicious, and the waitstaff were incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was always readily available to provide towels or anything else we needed.

The hotel staff constantly harassed us to sign up for an informational breakfast about their rewards program. We were followed from the pool all the way to the elevators, with staff persistently trying to force us to sign up. Every day, someone would ask if we had already signed up and continued to push us, which was incredibly frustrating. The restaurant that typically offers a lunch buffet switched to an à la carte menu because the hotel was not full. Unfortunately, the menu had very few options, which was disappointing. After checking out, you lose access to all hotel amenities. We checked out at 11 a.m., but our flight wasn’t until 4 p.m., and they forced us to stay in the hotel lobby without access to any restaurants or other facilities. This is the first time we’ve experienced something like this at an all-inclusive hotel. In other hotels, after checking out, they usually provide a ticket that shows you’ve checked out but still allows you to enjoy food and drinks until you leave.

Beautiful ocean views, pool, and beach with friendly attentive staff to bring you drinks. Delicious restaurants with professional staff. Don’t miss’s fiesta night.

The loud music from the bar blaring past 11pm kept me up. Lady night people on our floor made a racket in the wee hours that lasted for hours, but we didn’t call downstairs to complain so I can’t blame the hotel for some guests inconsiderate behavior.

Everything was great! The food was good at all the restaurants. Only thing was the main pool closed later at 9 pm and the adult pool closed at 6pm! Backwards the adults pool should stay open till 9pm. We paid for the upgrade to go the adult pool and it closed way too early. Also should be able to order food from the other lunch restaurants at any pool. Over the stay was great! Not to much entertainment on property for the Mexican dinner party it should add dancing and a DJ for a real party.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean, the rooms have enough space and very comfortable beds. Food is delicious, we ate at Cevicheria and had dinner at 2 of the restuarants. Breakfast is also good. There are alot of options for entertainment such as board games, ping pong, volleyball and a kids club. There is also a coffee shop where the cakes and ice cream are very good! The staff is very nice, at our arrival we met axel and naomi, then Chef Hector during the Chef Parade and Miguel at the Bar. They always had a positive and friendly attitude. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Location was the best

The all inclusive food choices wasn't the best. The adult only pool closes at 6pm Everything closes so early. The room service is 24 hours but the food is mediocre. I ordered pizza that didn't come with pizza sauce on it...but you will not starve. The resort wasn't overly crowded, I paid for an upgrade thinking I would have a extravagant experience but it was nothing added except for a top floor view and access to another lounge. Andrik the bartender made that experience well worth the complete stay.. Raphael the server of the adult pool was awsome. We made the best of the stay. The staff was friendly and made the stay worthwhile. I would suggest that the since the property is so close to the airport it should have a free airport shuttle to and from the airport. It should at least be added in the upgrades.

Staff was amazing, housekeeping left towel animals they made in response to my kiddos notes to them, servers were amazing, bartenders were adorable while making my 9 yr old virgin pina coladas, front desk was always more then helpful with any request. Everyone went above and beyond at this location. 10/10 recommend for family stays!!

When we checked in we were told that the rooms we booked weren’t available . We did not appreciate that,but after we said that we were going to a different resort the rooms somehow were available.The resort doesn’t need to do that! If we booked two ocean view rooms and we paid for it they have to be ready. No games needed. Thank you

Our housekeeper Norma was amazing, she went above and beyond for us. She did an origami swan, decorated the room for my birthday, and she was kind. She made our stay amazing, wouldn't be a great stay without her! Jose was our server at The Mexicana restaurant. He was also a kind and warming friend to us. Overall, I had an amazing time. Everyone was amazing and everything was clean!

Nice location, aesthetic property

Most parts of the resort were restricted to either premium members or adults-only areas, leaving very few spaces for regular guests to enjoy. The only freely accessible area was the poolside zone, which, while nice, gets repetitive quickly. Unfortunately, the resort doesn’t organize any engaging activities or entertainment for guests. Once the pool closes in the evening, there’s practically nothing else to do—no night shows, no music, no events. It feels quite lifeless after sunset, which is disappointing for a place that calls itself a full resort experience. Overall, the place looks good on the surface, but it lacks energy, inclusivity, and activities to make the stay feel worthwhile.

The service at the hotel was very good. The rooms were always kept clean and the hotel was very clean. There was plenty of good food. The breakfast buffet had everything that you could possibly want for breakfast. We liked that they had an omelette chef. We especially liked the Italian restaurant and servers Irwin and Jose. The hotel was located in a very nice area close to shopping malls. We felt safe. The beach and the pool area was really good. We also liked the coffee shop. The beds were comfy.

There wasn't any public area on the resort where you could go where it was quieter without loud music playing throughout the day and evening.

Beautiful resort, big pool and nice beach access, resort restaurants were amazing, family rooms were huge and it was just the right size for catering to small children but not feeling overpopulated. Staff were all excellent. It was perfect for families.

They offered cribs for my two grandsons . They were NOT cribs , they did not have a real mattress to sleep in . My 3 year old grandson in our room had to sleep in a bed surrounded by pillows so that he wouldn’t fall . Me and my husband shared to a full size bed ? ( used to a king size bed at home ) . Same with my daughter and son in law in the adjoining room with a one year old baby ?. The other issue is that they decided to have a major repair of the balcony door in our room without telling us in advance on the day of my daughter’s wedding day !!!!! It was a disaster ?
