The Location was 2 mins walk from metro. The room was clean

The stair case was very steep, i fell once coming down quickly. Our room was upgraded for free to bigger but then i realized it was moved to the third floor which was very difficult to climb with luggage. The window lock of the room was broken. They gave two single beds attached when we asked for a double bed. The size of the room was very small.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean room. Cleaned daily. 2 minute walk from. The Metro and Team. 25 minute walk from Dam Square. Got an upgraded room ( larger size) than booked.

Toilets were a little too cramped. Could've had a shower curtain. Radiator took what felt like a day to warm up. Maybe for a 100 a night, could've had some coffee sachets in the room? Really steep stairway climb to the rooms.

The location was good and the room was clean.

The room was extremely small with no space for our stuff or storage space. Would fit more 1 person than 2.

Really friendly staff, also gave us a map and pointed out the things to see/do. Offered discount vouchers for attractions. Small but comfortable room, lovely bathroom. Excellent value for money. Close to all attractions. Rooms cleaned daily.

Everyone mentions the stairs... Honestly, they’re steep but absolutely fine if no mobility concerns.

Very nice staff, clean, nice new bathroom and good (!) shower gels! quiet room and quiet district in comparison to streets right in the city center, and location is actually super cool -tram and metro is right there, and museums are 2 min on foot :)

Pay attention as the rooms are very small, and stairs steep

• Staff was friendly and informative (map was given) • Super comfortable bed • Clean room just one chair is a little bit stained but we did not need to use the extra chair anyway • Paid more for a bigger room. It was worth it as the room is indeed huge • Plus, i don’t have to climb the steep stairs that some customers were complaining about • Very convenient location • I get what i paid for • The streets were not as noisy as i expect (i love the chirping sounds of the birds in the morning)

• Not able to store luggage at hotel when we have to go somewhere for a while after check out
