It was comfortable and clean in a quiet, pleasant street, with a direct tram service from Den Haag Centraal station.
No hot drinks were available, as promised, in the morning or evening.
When I rang to report that the doors to the coffee room were locked, and I had no means of opening them when we returned to our room at 20.20 hours there was no reply. When I rang again in the morning, at 8.00 hours, I was told that the doors would not be opened until 9.00 hours and that there was nothing which could be done about it.

Totally enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sebel. Nice view to the city. Room is clean and has everything needed for a couple nights stay. Comfortable double bed.
I would recommend to put information about free of charge tea and coffee in the rooms as well as I personally tend to disconnect from emails (it was send by email) while being on vacation so I've only get this info when I've checked my emails after the checkout

Great location in the Zeeheldenkwartier. Ideal online key card for easy access to the building and room. Spacious double room at the back of the property and overall pretty quiet.
The water in the rain shower couldn't get away quick enough, so as a solo traveler it was fine but if someone else were to shower they would've had to wait a bit.
Also the doors can use some cushioning when closing to prevent slamming.

We had a great stay here while my partner worked in Delft for the week and I remotely. Very comfortable and clean room, great internet connection, and free coffee during the day! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well! The location is good, too, with many great restaurants in the area and the tram just down the road. My partner went back several times after to stay during additional work commitments. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
If we had to complain about anything at all, which is difficult in this case, then that the coffee is not available at night as well

I liked the easy check in!
The suite was very disappointing for this money. Everything was in bad condition and not really a luxurious stay in any way as advertised. Very strange to have a hotel room balcony/door area that opened out and is shared with other people! So basically other people were just standing/sitting looking straight into the whole room the whole time. No privacy at all. Was not very romantic. Then for a suite the bathroom was tiny! I mean I have been on cruises with much larger bathrooms in their basic cabins. Also even though it’s April and it’s not that hot, since we had to keep the doors/windows closed for privacy it was very disappointing that the A/C was not working! We tried everything and nothing happened even though it was supposed to be on. On top of that the internet was very slow and the hotel gives horrible directions to where to park! It was so far away and I should have just looked up parking closer by myself instead of trusting the hotel website.

We liked our room under the roof - it was quite clean and spacious with a nice view of the square, there were many windows and lots of light in the morning. There was a mini-kitchen with a tea and coffee machine.
Communicating with the hotel after 7 PM proved challenging. Our electronic room key unexpectedly expired on the second day of our stay (it happens :)), but there was no response despite attempts to reach them via messages and calls. We needed to contact booking support to get to the room (which took some time obviously).

-The Zeeheldenkwartier is a good area to stay in. Many small stores and restaurants with food from all over the globe.
Explore and enjoy. (Note: Den Haag is not the cheepest of towns, though)
- Tram & Bus stops were close by
- Not too noisy an area by night
- other interesting areas of Den Haag were at walking distance, if you like getting to know a place on foot.
- Please be aware that there is quite a lot of coffee shops in town ( if that is a positive thing or not, you`ll have to decide for yourselves, but the whiff of it is a daily companion )
