Breakfast delicious and great location. Helpful staff.
Great to be able to store luggage and sit in the lounge after check out.
I asked for a quiet room, but during the night I heard loud people walking the streets and the odd noisy vehicle which kept me awake throughout the night.
The room could do with a free coat of paint. Room was hot at night due to no air conditioning.

It has a gym! Easy to get to places in Bergen city centre. Really good breakfast spread.
It doesn't actually have parking. They just direct you to a nearby car park which they give you a discount on.

The breakfast is excellent with a very wide selection of quality items, hot and cold - the porridge was my favorite! The location is excellent if you are embarking on a Hurtigruten cruise, for example. And despite the odd tiny bathroom, it all worked just fine.
I stayed in the annex building across the street and it felt a bit depressing. The room was very small and cramped. The shower was the funniest part: open the bathroom door and there is the shower curtain. You have to walk through the shower/curtain to get to the toilet, and the shower is open to the sink. It's hard to describe.

Everything was really good. The breakfast was definitely worth it. I was able to store my luggage there while I explored the town a little after checkout. I could charge my phone in the lobby.
I needed some toothpaste and they had no none at the front desk.

The hotel's location is very central - you can walk to most attractions.
Breakfast was also very tasty and diverse.
However, the room was outdated and very dusty, and the A/C was loud and one could not control it. The room definitely needed a proper cleaning with a vacuum cleaner. For people with respiratory problems, it can be an issue.
A kettle would also be nice in the winter time.

Reception area was great, dining area and food quality excellent.
Bathtubs were very narrow and the bottom sides were curved making footing treacherous. Had a 1/3 length glass divider that had a torn gasket so had water all over the floor. Room lighting was very poor. No a/c and windows only opened about 4”.

The property is split between 3 buildings so watch out for that but it’s a really nice place for the price. I’d 100% come again. The gym was pretty good for how small it was. It’s a 10 minute walk from basically everything.
The room was a little cold. Granted it’s winter and I should have gone downstairs and talked to the front desk but every time I came back I’d just go to sleep and then wake up in a pretty cold room.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the city centres (Bryggen and Byparken) The Lobby was very nice and so were the staff. The room we got had all the necessities, and extra amenities including soap and lotion. Having your room at the 5th level will also give you nice views. Our room was extremely clean.
The room we got was not as advertised, we were expecting bunk beds and a more spacious room like in the photos. Instead, we got a smaller room that had 2 twin beds and a sofa-bed. This was not an issue for us since we were 3 however.
