Good stay, was travelling for work and location was handy for me. Office is near Sylvia Park so great location for there, and then easy access to the motorway when driving to meetings. A little bit dated, but comfortable, clean and there were repairs and maintenance going on (did not disrupt the stay) and will happily re-book for future stays and will consider it when travelling with family, especially for events at Mt Smart. Staff were great as well, friendly, helpful and genuine.
No complaints.

We liked the size and comfort of tbe room. The spa bath was verh welcome after a day of sport. Meals especially breakfast was fine.
The tv was very small.
There were no meals served from the restaurant in the weekend.
The office charged my partner for staying costs when I had already prepaid 1 week eaier...this should not have happened...4 days later I am still awaiting refund.

Property generally well laid out and comfortable.
Wifi thoroughly hopeless. Easy to connect but was slower than what we used to get from dialup. A shame because construction of the property meant that 5G or any internet connection on phone was equally poor.

Great room, was offered upgrade but I wanted to be on the ground floor due to luggage. Room was small but just right for one night for me on my own. Good set up for doing your own breakfast due to the restaurant not opening in the weekend but was also offered a breakfast tray. Parking right outside was a bonus as it was pouring it down with rain. Always like staying here when I am on my own as I feel secure and comfy. Will stay again.

Last minute booking due to my original booking not being suitable. Very accommodating for a family of 5, lovely tidy room. 2 TVs in the apartment one upstairs and one downstairs- the one downstairs didn’t work, no sky i can understand and don’t care much about but no free view either was a bit painful- for $360 per night I would expect that the tv would at least work. They allowed me to have a late check out which I appreciated. My daughter enjoyed the pool and they happily gave me ice when I requested it.

Our room was large and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Great sized kitchenette and 2 tvs were great.
Quite noisy we could hear all our neighbours. For such a big room we only had one reasonably comfortable chair and unless everyone sat on the bed there was nowhere to relax. I would have thought a sofa bed would be a better option.

Wifi - couldn't understand the instructions to get the wifi to work on my phone. Kitchen Facilities, the fridge wobbled everytime we opened the fridge door to use it. We needed to ask for a dishwasher tablets to wash our dishes. Beds were comfortable and was able to have a decent sleep
Heats pumps were noisy and you couldn't sleep with them on. We would choose a couch setting more than two single seats. We found them very uncomfortable so we either sat at the table or laid on the single bed that was down stairs.
