First impressions were fantastic, super friendly reception staff, who were very helpful and accommodating. Lovely big room with all of the facilities (full kitchen, washer and dryer in bathroom, comfortable couch and chairs), plenty of space to sit and work, eat etc if required, ambient music playing on the TV on arrival along with weather and wifi info, Aircon on waiting for arrival, clean and tidy, with modern fresh decor, Lovely outlook over Myers park where live music was playing on Saturday afternoon, plenty of plugs including USB-A & C on desk, Tim tams and coffee pod machine in room on first day was a lovely touch, very accessible location at the start of the Queen street hill with a 10min walk to sky tower and 20min walk to waterfront with lots of great shopping and stores on the way. Overall great stay for a very reasonable price.
- Beware there is a nightclub right across the road, Saturday night was noisy (even from higher level) and hard to sleep until the wee hours when the club closed - some people may enjoy this nightlife obviously though.
- Balcony is small (at least in the room we stayed) only big enough to just stand out on, so if this is a highlight of booking for you, don't count on this.
- Couldn't get oven to heat in our room.
- Long wait for elevator in the morning (8.25am), and only ever appeared to be one out of two working at a time? We almost were late to make our tour pick up - Another guest advised they had a 17 min wait the day prior. So account for plenty of time at this time in the morning if you have time sensitive engagements.
- Room Servicing left a lot to be desired - had to make multiple trips to reception for extra amenities. First day our room was missed being serviced all together (though reception staff were very apologetic and accommodating), and the second day it was serviced, but majority of items used were not refreshed (i.e. milk which was low after not having been replaced the day before either, hot chocolate sachets that were used the night before etc, complementary bathroom supplies - was empty packaging left in drawer to begin with and then were not refreshed throughout our 3 night stay, even when i had thrown the packaging out) Coffee pods for machine were only on first day/arrival and had to purchase more if required, should be included in daily room cost if being offered, not per stay. Sheets were not refreshed, was not aware this wouldn't be completed, dishes were washed but not put away. Not major things by any means and the room was still clean and tidy, but it's the little things and felt slightly let down after great first impressions in every other aspect.

It is in a fantastic location, easy to find and quick to walk or taxi/uber from. It had an underground secure parking garage available which we required to keep travelling items safe. The views were lovely from west facing 12th floor. Location good, convenience store and takeaway food nearby. Car park $30 a day but we used the ferries and our feet to get around.
I would choose closer to the waterfront as this was up a hill and tiring after a day sightseeing.

Great location, the apartment style equipped with many features I enjoyed using.
The kitchen area is too small to provide enough surface area for any cooking. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom. When using the dryer, you need to turn on the bathroom vent in order to vent out the hot moisture from the dryer. The first I used the dryer and didn’t turn on the vent, the bathroom became a sauna. Would be nice to put a note on the dryer.

We liked this Quest, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a few days. The fridge is not behind a cupboard which is great. There’s place in the bathroom to put stuff!
Super handy to some great little restaurants, AK art gallery and shopping. Our room had a good view of the park below and the city.
Overhead cupboards in the kitchenette are a bit restrictive.

The receptionist was nice
The facility is old, the bed springs loose, may need the replacement. The cleaning not really good, didn’t collect the rubbish every day, and didn’t provide the toiletries every day

Unit was well equipped and clean.
Water tasted like filter wasn't working, even after boiling jug could taste the chlorine. Only 4 coffee capsules for 4 people for 2 nights.

Clean room with all the amenities and all the space we needed, location was nice with walking distance to sky tower and the harbour, plenty of restaurants and markets nearby
there is a club across the road that can be disturbing at a weekend night if your room is facing the street, if you need to sleep early you might need some earplugs

Close to a busy street which can get noisy and you have to book a parking spot beforehand as it can fill up.

Very well appointed and the washer and dryer in the unit (with soap!) was lovely. The knives actually had an edge -- a rarity in stays with kitchens.
The street noise from my unit (low and facing the street) was annoying. Traffic until late and someone singing at 3:00 am was less than stellar. Book a room from x01-x05 and be on the non-street facing side, and it'll be much better.

Excellent location with everything close by. The underground parking was very convenient, and the complimentary access to CityGym was a great bonus. We arrived early in the morning at 7am, and the front desk kindly granted us an early check-in, which was a fantastic gesture—especially for guests arriving on overnight flights—so we didn’t have to wait until 2pm while feeling exhausted.
The only downside was that the air conditioning was located only in the living room. The bedroom didn’t have its own A/C, so we had to sleep with the door open to stay cool. This wasn’t ideal, especially if one person wanted to rest early while another stayed up in the living room with the TV and lights on.
