The host is great, he helped us to search for Chinese restaurant which can offer live lobster. and he helped us to bring our bags to our room in level 1. and he offered us chairs when we are waiting for the airport shuttle after check-out. all are appreciated!!

Fantastic accommodation considering the price. The room was comfortable and sufficient for a four night stay, and cleaned daily. The hosts were very helpful throughout, from giving tourism suggestions at check-in to exchanging coins for the laundry. Parking was always available. Location was great - 5 minute walk to local shops and eateries, and up to half an hour to get anywhere in the city centre.
Had a bit of trouble with wifi disconnecting and reconnecting but worked most of the time.

The spa in the bathroom.
The extractor fan in the bathroom is automatic, so it is working for a while after turn off the light and is very noisy. Like an advice to improve the experience, the staff ought put a note telling it or change the system with a switch.

Floor was a bit dirty and seemed like the carpet could use a heavy duty clean. (Only noticed because we had a baby crawling around) also there were sharp knives in low draws so it required some DIY toddler proofing.

A little walk to the centre. Not many restaurants nearby but Thai was great so we went twice. A barbecue would have been good especially on a bank holiday days when many restaurants were shut or added a supplement so were expensive.

Very friendly welcome by Rick who gave us lots of info for our stay.
The room was a good size as was the bathroom and the shower was good and strong.
There was a bus stop just a few minutes walk away from which it was relatively easy to navigate much of the city. As far as I could tell fares were $4 each for any distance but included a second either onward or return journey. Although this was supposed to be within 2 hours of the first trip I overheard a driver telling another passenger that they didn't pay too much attention to this time limit. We got a bus card from the main bus exchange at a cost of $5 each. This was then topped up as required and using this would make each trip just$2 and cap daily travel at $4. Certainly worth it if using the buses several times each day over 3 or 4 days.
About 3 minutes away was a small array of eateries including Thai, Indian, Japanese and an Irish pub, plus cafes and several shops.
For the price I can think of nothing that needed to be better.

Warm welcome, easy to park off street, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Beds soft. Kitchen well set up so we cooked a meal. Nearby restaurants and great fish and chip shop.
