Love how comfortable the bed it and how homey it feels.
There was one day where the dirty mugs and spoons were not changed out. I was not able to use them the next morning as I did not have appropriate cleaning items to clean them myself.

We were able to order and deliver food to the hotel and the staff were very accommodating about this. I liked the availability of a bar/restaurant and the hotel is conveniently close to a supermarket.
There was mold in the bathrooms, specifically the shower, bathroom floor and corners. It wasn't too comfortable because of the lack of cleanliness. The receptionist was helpful but not very nice, which was uncomfortable but a minor issue.

Room after changing was very suitable. Facilities were good and hotel was quiet. Ate at restaurant with a friend and food was very nice and prices good.
Had to get room changed as room provided was not definatley what was booked on line… room provided was smaller with no tables and chairs. Luckily a photo of booking was held.

Location in Thorndon w parking even though it was an additional $28 nzd was awesome. Bed sooooooo comfy - excellent accommodation walking distance from everything…
Decor is a bit dated - carpeting dark and yet the room itself was lovely - just not a fan of the colors - prefer muted tones.

Only one working elevator and we used the bellhop... Bag thing which took up a bit of room just made a little hold up in the lobby but no biggie.

The bed was comfortable and the location is great.
I was disappointed to find that the photos on your website do not accurately represent the accommodations. The room was small and similar to a dorm room, with a bright yellow door that was somewhat tacky. The shower area was gross and leaked water all over the floor, even with the door closed. It is not surprising that you didn't include photos of it on your website. When I opened the bathroom window, it fell off its hook. The curtains also had rips in them. Our experience at the bar was disappointing, as our cocktails took over 30 minutes to arrive and were not made well with the two drinks we ordered tasting completely different even though we ordered two of the same they tasted gross. The listing of a fitness room under facilities is misleading, as it is actually located at City Fitness, a 10-minute walk away. I suggest updating your website to reflect the actual amenities offered. The TV had only basic channels and no premium services. The bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this place.

The food was exceptional, very tasty and very crunchy chips. Good service from the staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean.
Could have done with a bag stand in the gap behind the door, and adjustable shower head (i had to put a flannel on top of it to stop it spraying in my eyes). Were a lot of room service trays in the hallways that weren't removed in a timely manner. Everything in the room was nice and clean except ironically the feedback form was crinkled and had some old food stuck to it.

Simple room on the smallish side (felt smaller than the advertised space) and a good location for visiting Wellington. Breakfast was hotel standard but did not provide barista coffee and the provided coffee machine was broken.
The area initial seems a bit dead, but is walking distance of many restaurants and shopping.
Parking garage is very difficult to manouver with an SUV. Outside parking bays are much better.
