We arrived much earlier than expected and the staff accommodated our situation, which was great as we were traveling with a 12 year old kid and we had spent a night on a bus... Also, the location was very central for our walks around this beautiful city. We would stay there again for sure ..

Great location. Nice clean room, everything worked as it should have.
Disappointing checkout. We had to leave early on a 6 hour bus ride and were promised a sandwich with our breakfast but had to settle for a small pack of dry crackers and an apple thus we were hungry for most of the morning. It felt like we were an inconvenience to the guy on the front desk.

The breakfast was very good, and had pretty good options, hotel is 5 minutes walk to the plaza de Armas, although the rooms faces the Misti it has the main view to a parking lot in the back. I expected better for the price. The main reason why we decided to stay and not change hotel was Jorge the Bartender in the restaurant, he was amazingly nice and always willing to help us with guiding us in the city.
the room towels are super old, they dont even look white anymore but brown or black, they should totally renovate them as well as the matresses , The receptionist guy (who uses make up on his face) never got his name , but he was very very rude and always seem annoyed when we asked for something. didn't even answer the thank you we give him. hotel should be careful when hired employees.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, whatever the time of the day or night was. They were ready to keep our luggage. In the end we arrived a bit early and they were able to give us a room almost immediately.
Breakfast was the typical one. We were also given a breakfast box for when we went on our early trip. The room was spacious and with all comforts and it had an amazing view on El Misti and the Chachani!

The room was very modern in a great location, the beds where incredibly comfortable and the wifi was great. The staff were very help and packed us a lunch upon an early check out. Great pillows, clean room and modern bathroom. Lots of room in the rooms themselves.
The coldness room we have stayed in in Peru, we didnt ask if they had heaters so if this is an option it would help, so maybe check, but the windows are thin and let in any cold air.
