Very nice place, near to a forrest. They allowed us to stay with our dogs.
The last night the heating system was not working, they said that in a couple of hours it will be fixed bit it did not work all night, it was winter, so, imagine.

Price and quality. Cosy and nice place to stay. Like a mini hotel. Nice breakfast and home made food for lunch and dinner. Small bar and free pool/billiard. Very good choice for families with children. But city center is far.

Comfortable rooms with clean bathroom.
Kettle for tea / coffee making would be nice in the room (there is electric kettle for warming up the water, but the one where we can put the tea and water :-)
The location is perfect for starting your daily trip in the national park. Parking was also easy and secured.
We loved the staff as well - very smiling, kind, helpfull, easy-going. Thank you very much.
We had to come home, that is the only thing which was not good :-)

Nice place, especially for families with children - there's a big playground where children can play. Also, there's a bar near reception, where you could drink something and play billiard or just to chat with others. Also, there's a restaurant with good quality of meals. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Ours one also had a big terrace which we did not use however. Location allows you to reach to whatever you want - ski, tracking, thermal baths or centrum of Zakopane in just 10 - 15 minutes.

Free parking and aprox. 1km far away from Koscielisko valley.
I chose this hotel because it had a children's playroom, but upon arrival I was told that it was closed. Childrens playroom was the main selection criterion. Since it was not possible to cancel the reservation, we stayed. You have to bring your own shower gel, because there isn't any in the bathroom, you had to go to the store and buy the big package, although you can't take it on planes. There is also no hairdryer, which is especially useful in cooler weather. When we returned from a wet day's mountain hike, the room was cold, the radiators turned off. The kitchen corner is symbolic, there are only 4 cups, a kettle and cutlery, although even wine glasses are indicated. At least plates could be put in the cupboards. Tourist tax is required in cash, but in our case there was none. At least it was possible to compensate for the children's pain of not having the promised children's room and not claiming their tax.

Breakfast was lovely, I had to wait one morning for a seat as everyone had arrived at the same time. We had chosen the half-board option, of which there is a two-course meal with a compote drink (soup and a main), different each day, and a traditional Polish dish. The dishes are displayed at the reception desk in the morning.
The location is perfect for a walk up the Koscielsko Valley (Dolina Kościeliska). Close to Zakopane, but not so close that you are stuck in the traffic.
There is a BP garage is within a couple of minutes' walk if you need extra snacks etc (although the garage is costly). There are several convenience stores a few minutes drive away which are considerably cheaper and a wider range of goods).
We were on the top floor and struggled a little with water pressure and temperature in the shower at times and the wi-fi signal was virtually non-existent in the room (I will say that the hotel was full for the duration of our stay with a lot of children and guessing that put some strain on the facilities).

Great location, superb breakfast. Hosts were helpful and downstairs bar is very convenient. Room was spacious and clean.
Even if room was clean, you could see marks from previous hosts. A quick painting would do the trick. There was next to none cutlery in the kitchen also no soap in the bathroom.

very close to national park entrance, just 15 min by walk. I really recommend this place because of breakfast and lunch/dinner option. if you go for a good long hike, and coming back starving. Hot, homemade food is waiting for you. This is the best food i've tried in zakopane area so far. usually you eat dumplings, some kielbasa so at this place you feel like food was made with love. The room is quite big, there is a wifi, tv, towels, shower gel are provided. However you need to bring shampoo if you need. The place is very clean. Receptionist is always ready to help.
I have only good experience with this hotel! Highly recommend

Amazing breakfast
We booked "2 bedroom apartment" which was really just one bedroom with another bed stuck in the living room. This is not a 2 bedroom apartment. The description should be adapted because it is misleading. I wouldn't recommend staying here based on that. The area around the property also not so nice with a lot of construction going on.

It is a great place to stay. Our apartment was spacious, had a nice design and was clean.
We tried some soups in the restaurant and it was good.
The room could use some more light options. It is not bad but a bit dim at night. It might not be a problem for many just an inconvenience.

Staff spoke English unlike many local people who live from tourists....
You can borrow sleds from the reception.
Parking and drive way is mostly cleaned from fresh snow.
Beds are squeaky. Towel drier/radiator in the bathroom is too hot, cannot be turned off.
Wifi is terrible. Many times it disconnects.
Parking spaces are limited in number. There is a sign where you can or cannot park but it is (as many thing in the area) only in Polish.
There is a small restaurant within the building and we were told that we are ok to order. Then 20 minutes later it closed down, nobody warned us in time. 7 of us with tired, small kids had to go out look for another diner in the cold evening (already drank some). Staff did not seem sorry or in a rush to make us feel better.

The hotel is excellent for kids because of the indoor and outdoor play equipment. The meal options and the food were great. It is also convenient for hiking due to its proximity to a park entrance with several trails to choose from (we did two different loops).
We loved everything. There could have been shower gel provided though.
