The staff were fantastic! All of them were lovely and made a really effort to get to know you, whilst being incredibly helpful. The location was perfect and room was great. I cannot express how brilliant the staff were, they really made our stay there special.

My wife has mobility problems and she was able to keep a mobility scooter at the complex. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. We had a double bed not 2 singles

The room is very big and comfortable and also the reception is open and available 24h.

Even if the reception is very beautiful and modern, I can’t tell the same for the room. In fact this is very old and not so pretty ( specially for the bathroom ?). The staff was very rude and unprofessional, at the end of our stay the receptionist ask us to stop in the hall in order to check our room. I mean…no problem, except for the fact that he didn’t even let us charge the car (we were full of luggage and backpacks very eavy) cause he was afraid that we could run away. Very awkward and impolite.
