One of the best stay in Carvoeiro. These are proper holiday resorts which is perfect for couples, family and group of people. It has large swimming pool with bar and great restaurant for breakfast.
The rooms range between 1 bhk to 2or 3 bhk apartments. You will get individual villas according to the number of people you book. The rooms are pretty tidy and antique has kitchen and will feel like home. I would recommend this stay for sure in Carvoeiro. It also has free parking for each villa's

All staff including reception, bar and restaurant were really very nice and helpfull whatever we needed they were always there and sorted everything we needed. Bar staff really nice and made lovely drinks. Restaurant staff also very nice, food was very very simple, e.g when ordered grilled chicken and chips i would expect a bit of salad or some vegetable on the plate too, when ordered spaghetty bolognese i have got tagliatelle instead. Rooms were pretty spacious, it says there is an iron and hairdryer in the room which wasnt, but receptionist gave them to us when we asked. In overal area was very nice, pretty close to the beach, shops, city if you rent a car its only 5mins drive to the shops and restaurant, or you can get a taxi for few euros. Also nearby cities very close and easy to get there only few minutes drive. Close to zoomarine which was amazing Sand city, benagil and marinha beach...., wouldnt miss it if i was going there again. Pools nice, water not that cold. Indoor heated pool was about the same temperature- maybe is not heated in the summer im not sure...
Beds were really not comfy, broken window in the bathroom, toilet seat falling down, weird smell in the kitchen probably from sink...the maintanance was missing, i would expect to get place done and fixed before the season...also half of the sunbeds around the pool were broken. The place could be so much better if things were fixed really nice area,, rooms could be better..

You know everything about this place? Is lovely quiet well-maintained fabulous huge swimming pool outside bar and restaurant.
Just out of the way of Carvoeiro but not too far. Comfortable apartment with pretty much everything you need.
Think it may be time for a bit of a makeover mainly in the apartment a freshl paint and some upgrades. Lots of wooden furniture which is now giving it that musty wood smell. But still really pleasant.

The houses are clean but the furniture is very old.... There are strange smells coming from the kitchen...
The wifi is only on shared places... I could not get any on my apartment....
The breakfast was one the poorest breakfast i had... There is only 2 types of bread (white or to make toasts), there were no cakes, the croissants and bread did not have any salt on it... For a portuguese place this breakfast was very disappointing, in my opinion...

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was great for self catering. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. It was kept very clean and our towels were changed regularly. The pool was large and we could usually get a sun lounger if we went mid morning. The staff were always kind and very helpful and great with young children. There’s bread and milk and water you can buy from inside the restaurant and a few water toys. Reception was very helpful and called a taxi if needed but we found Ubers much cheaper to the town centre. Taxi 8 euros compared to Uber 4. Definitely worth downloading the app if you don’t have it beforehand. The pool snack bar had a good selection of premium spirits and cocktails for around 7-9 euros. We would consider staying at Colina Village again we loved our stay.
I only wish we could have walked from Colina Village to the centre of town. It’s not the distance that’s the problem it’s the road. There’s no pavement and it really wasn’t safe to be walking 4 of us. An on sight mini supermarket would be a great addition for self caterers but there’s a huge intermarche you can get an Uber too not far away.

no WIFI in the apartments!!! lots of swimming pool little mosaics are missing - I had a wound on my foot because of that, Pool lighting lamps are electrically connected but hanging out of the water, In the bathroom, one of the showers spread water in all directions, the entrance door is wide and difficult to open; the access door to the drying area has a broken handle, the kitchen equipment is old and incomplete and has no clear operating indications, there is no dishwasher, all this in Apartment 48. In general, there is an aging of the property and some lack of cleanliness in the public circulation areas

Everything, the apartments are very old, dirty, broken, dated and need closing and refurbing. The beds and sofas were so uncomfortable. This was not a good experience for us, there was no extraction in the bathrooms and by the end of the week we had A LOT of mould on the walls around the apartment. We found bugs daily around the apartment due to an underlying damp issue. Fridge was old and not very cold, kettle leaked and the downstairs sink leaked. The pool tiles were broken around the edges and my kids and myself cut our hands and feet. Most of the sun beds were broken or we're old and very uncomfortable. Indoor pool is just as cold as the outdoor pool. When we complained the alternative was to move to an identical apartment with the same if not lesser quality. The apartments have potential but need to be refurbished and some money spent.

The pools were excellent!!!! That’s about all that was.
The beds were atrociously uncomfortable and the floors were filthy. The kitchen was not well stocked AT ALL.

Location was good
It was dirty. There were dead bugs everywhere and spider webs everywhere. When we complained, they said all they can do was give us bug spray to spray ourselves. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable too.

Beautiful property for a great value. Restaurant dinner and breakfast were delicious.
Internet could only be accessed by sitting outside and because our unit was directly across from the reception office.
