Lovely resort in a quiet part of Carvoeiro. Spotlessly clean bungalow with really comfortable beds. The pool area was lovely. A small spar supermarket 2mins walk from bungalow and a 2nd slightly bigger spar within close walking distance.
The resort was a little far from the beach, but the peace and quiet of resort made up for the distance. The after dinner walks became part of the evening ritual.

The pool area, the bar, plenty of loungers, the staff, the breakfast and the Olympic themed decorations and activities.
The room was tired, in need of renovation and lacking some basic amenities such as hair dryer and iron.
We were put in an interconnecting room with other guests the other side of a locked door. This reduced soundproofing immensely - hearing other guests have sex several times and coughing fits made sleep difficult at times.
Location of our room is a 10 min walk from reception with a further 25mins into Carvoeiro with several hills en route.

We had a standard studio The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, and a thin door separating us from the next apartment meaning we could hear every noise and conversation from them kept us up late each night and alarms going off on phones for an hour and 30 minutes one morning. Nice pools. Beautiful view of the streets while strolling down the city centre. It's also good that there is a Spar, and they had a free transfer between the city and the accomodation at specific times.
We booked a small room with a bathroom and garden view. The walls were extremely thin and we could clearly hear each other with the neighbouring room, which was extremely inconvenient. There was also a sewer smell coming from the toilet, so if the doors were shut all day, we arrived back to the smell (we had no windows, only an entrance door and a glass door). Also, we didn't even have a bar soap holder, the room was even less equipped than expected. All in all, very nice area, the whole facility looks good from the outside, but I wouldn't book here again.

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived early for check in, we were delighted that our villa was ready for us. They responded to a couple of minor queries during our stay quickly and efficiently. The Trattoria Oliveira was just lovely. Great food and relaxing ambience, we visited 3 times during our week's stay.
The furniture on the roof terrace was broken and uncomfortable, some comfy seating to watch the sunset would have been lovely.

Was a nice sized apartment, air con,.communal pool decent size, mini market on site and a couple restaurants so everything you needed.
Close enough drive to an aldi and the town with the beach.
Also a few minutes walk down the road were some awesome cliffs.
It was quite hard to find the apartment initially wasn't very clear with sign posts.
Didn't have an iron at the apartment as I had to go to a wedding my only other gripe the atm was a bit extortionate.

The staff in the bar in reception were plesant and helpful. Some of the staff on reception were also helpful and some were quite rude. If we had know that the complex was so wide spread we would not have chosen it due to the walking involved.
Room was a ten minute walk from the reception as my husband has heart problems this was a problem and when we said this at reception and asked if there was a room closer to reception we were told no immediately as if we were making my husbands problems up. We were prepared to pay more money for somewhere closer but were not given the option to do so. The man on reception didn't want to know about our problem.
We arrived at lunch time on Monday and on Friday morning a plastic bag with new towels was dumped outside our door in the morning and as it was still there in the evening we took it in and put the used towels back into the plastic bag. A cleaner then arrive to clean the room at about 5.30pm in the evening when we were getting ready to go out to dinner so in fact our room was not cleaned for the six days we were there.
Pool was fine but the bar was not open and we had to walk to either the reception or the shop beside reception both of which were a ten minute walk away if we required anything. We also had to walk to reception to get a taxi into the town for dinner.
This complex would not suit us to use again.

Our room was dingy and dark. Small terrace that was right next to the neighbours. No privacy. Had trouble locking sliding door and didn't feel entirely safe while sleeping or leaving belongings go in the room. The mattress was lumpy and old. Had backaches every night. The front door didn't seal properly so had crickets in my suitcase, clothes and room. The shower soaked most of the bathroom. You could hear our neighbours talking through the walls and their tv even though they weren't loud.
We checked in early and they said they would let us know if our room would be ready ahead of time. It was but they didn't text or call us so we were hanging around when we didn't have to.
When we asked if they had any other rooms available they said no. They asked to seen the room we booked on line. I had a print out from booking.com to show them which had a picture of the room. Daniel, the man behind the desk got very rude and said he couldn't tell the booking from a black and white picture. I told him it was the room in the picture but he wouldn't even look at it. He said he wanted to see the on line booking. I was in stress and forgot my booking.com password and my phone charge was dying. He gave me a broken cord that was taped which I didn't realize since I was so stressed by the situation and pull my phone just a little. He yelled at me that I broke his cord and walked away and didn't come back. I finally got the booking on Booking.com to show them. A lady look at it and shrugged. They offered us a 3 bedroom for 600 euros but that was too much. They offered a full refund but we had no where else to go. Plus I read a review that someone said they were going to refund them and it took over 3 hours for them to get their money back.

It was spacious and basic.
It had a dividing door to the next apartment which had been sealed off but not bricked up, therefore it was like sharing with other people. We heard everything even when they went to the toilet, coughed, sneezed and their conversation this was obviously not good. We did complain on leaving.

Nothing really to complain about, more just a note to think of - shower gel available in the apartment would be nice. For us it was not a problem, but for some people it can be.

Amazing accommodation in a beautiful, large resort. We stayed in a villa near the pool. The hotel offers an Italian restaurant, which we didnโt try, but it looked gorgeous. The breakfast was perfect, absolutely fantastic. The staff that served us in the bar that evening were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied and will definitely choose your hotel for our next stay in Portugal.

We were close to the beach and some nice places.
The kitchen didn't have soap nor sponges so we had to buy it for a very short stay.

Great location, short walk to town approximately 10-15 minutes, I would upgrade to a premium apartment they are a lot more modern and new than the superior apartments, have stayed in both before. All of the pools are clean, quite cold but bearable. Very relaxed environment at the main pool and apartment pool, drinks are great at poolside bar, staff really friendly and helpful at poolside bar. One of the female receptionists wasnโt too friendly but the rest of the team were and very helpful.
Think the apartment pool area needs a bit of TLC and would be good to have that bar area open in September.

Last minute deal so a great Price added to what was an impressive apartment, finished to a high standard with kitchen and washing machine. Perfect after long days out on the Algarve Coast. Swimming Pools and activities were great (albeit a tad cold due to the end of the season). The reception by the staff was perfect and they took their time to go through everything and assisted with local activities and knowledge. Would 100% recommend

The rooms were very modern and well-equipped (especially the kitchens). There was a very conveniently located supermarket (Spar) where we could buy a lot of groceries, snacks and toiletries. There was a complimentary shuttle service to town but we were happy to walk to the town.
Some small specific issues were that the doors are difficult to lock and unlock, and that some beds are a bit too low to the floor and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was excellent.

All necessary items for kitchen and very comfortable bed and cozy living room with TV and Netflix on it. Made our stay incredible.
There was a WIFI issue for 3 days and hotel called to WIFI provider to fix it, however itโs took 3 days.
Luckily we have a car and it was easy for us move around however without a car its quite far from main area.

The location of Quinta de Paraiso is ideal, it's away from the centre but only a 10 or 15 min walk to the bars and restaurants.
The resort facilities are being upgraded so no bar, pool etc....but that's fine as it is off-season. The bungalow is a nice building but the interior is very dated and needs modernizing. it's also too cluttered IMO.

We had a great stay at this hotel, even though renovations were ongoing (as is common in the area during the off-season). We werenโt aware of this beforehand, so it was a bit unexpected, but the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. They placed us in the room farthest from the renovations, and we were thrilled to find the pool still open, even in November! Inside the hotel, we couldnโt hear any construction noise thanks to the excellent soundproofing.
Having a car made it easy to explore the area, but itโs clear that in the summer, with all the hotelโs facilities open, you wouldnโt even need to leave the property. Thereโs so much to do right on-site!
Our room exceeded our expectations, it was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped. It had a lovely design that made it feel extra special. Do note: We had one of the nuwest rooms. I guess the old rooms do not feel/look the same.

It was ok but all the facilities were shut which was really disappointing. In particular the shop was shut and there was only one restaurant open and that was only in the evening. There was nowhere to get breakfast and the nearest shop was in the town. This wasnโt made clear to us when we made the booking. We did attempt to take this up with them via bookings.com but we didnโt get any satisfaction.
Definitely wouldnโt stay there again.

It is a lovely resort which was a bit quieter tho time of year. We were close to a pool area, the shop, main reception and restaurant were about min walk. To get to beaches, you'd definitely need a car.Breakfast was included and it was great. Edgar, who was at the breakfast bar both mornings, needs a special mention. He was exceptionally friendly.
Like others have complained, the lack of a dish cloth and soap for washing dishes is a problem. There must be a reason for this. Basic toiletries and a hair dryer will be helpful. Some tourists fly in with very little luggage allowances.

Everything is so clean, the place is huge, and they have everything: many pools, golf place, place for kids, etc. itโs a complete accommodation. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are friendly!
It was a bit difficult to find our apartment because we arrived late, and the reception was closed, and the security guard was new and he did know the place well. Also the pillows could be better, but our stay was perfect anyway!

The location was equal parts beautiful, accommodating, and convenient. The landscaping details with all the flowers everywhere was so beautiful. Definitely my wifeโs favorite part. The reception desk & staff was always helpful and kind. Whenever we had questions or an issue, they made sure to take care of it. The amenities are incredible for the value. In my experience, getting a full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 showers, big living space AND fully stocked cooking utensils at the price, is almost unheard of in other parts of Europe. There was nothing we were missing. With the fully loaded kitchen we were able to go to a local grocery store and buy local produce to make our own food, which saves us money on dining & allows us to experience food just as the locals would. The value for the place is tremendous. It was not far from the beaches, petrol stations, grocery stores, etc. good place, good people. Canโt recommend enough!
When booking your room there is the option to have breakfast included or not. To save some money, we did not choose the option that included breakfast. It is 10โฌ more. It would have been nice to always have breakfast included by default, but If youโre willing to buy groceries, you can make a really good breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, juice, etc.

The pool was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a convenient location to use as a base as long as you have a car to explore the area. We enjoyed Trattoria Oliveira very much.
The room was comfortable but could use some updating. We checked in after dark and it is difficult to find the room you are in on the property due to no markings on the outside of the building by the road.

The staff was amazing, especially the reception Dayanne and the old guy, aldo Edgar the guy work in the breakfast, he was amazing providing tips for visit. I have booked the studio for 3 nights, the studio was terrible, old, all furniture old, smell bad, the bathroom was ugly with blue walls, on the next day I went to the reception and talked with the reservation team about it, they said the room 711 will be remodeling next year, and after insisting a lady got a new room to me, an great AP number 400. The second and third day was much better and everything in the room worked well, was new.
The first night on the studio was a bad experience, I had alergic with the musty smell.

The pool was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
Location was ideal for us as we were travelling around the Algarve coast line and it was very central to most of the places we wanted to visit. As well as, as great hiking trail not far from the condo.
A few more small items like salt and pepper. But no big deal , as we just went and bought what we needed . The traffic outside going by was sometimes a little annoying, but you got used to it and we were out a lot.

Fantastic sized pools and not to busy (June), both the one near our apartment and the main ones near reception.
Staff all very friendly on the occasions we engaged with then.
Pools felt like they could have been a bit cleaner. Nothing serious though as used them every day all the same!!
Worth noting that is a huge complex and some apartments will be further from than town and from main reception area than you'd realise from the description. We were aware of this so didn't bother us but might be an issue if you weren't aware.

This was a beautiful spot. The room we had was an appartment with a kitchen, dining area, couch, and lots of space. The Balcony was very nice to sit on and enjoy the sun. While not much was open because of it being off season, it still felt great and a wonderful restaurant as well. The whole resort was bigger than expected as well.
