The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were amazing! So friendly, helpful and understanding (with our small baby).
The gray haired woman working the reception desk during the day was not friendly. Maybe she had a bad day (for the week we were there).
The rest of the staff was amazing!
The breakfast could be better, some more fresh vegetables. If you’re here for more than two days (we stayed a week), you may get bored with the food.

Very close walk to everything. This property has hot tub, steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools.

The facilities in which I booked this hotel were in not working order. The hotel tub wasn’t working properly and wasn’t hot at all. The steam room was lovely however only worked half the time and the other time they had workers banging around inside the walls which tbh wasn’t very relaxing. This is where the staff and their customer service are lacking. The beds and pillows are terrible. However if you ask for a feather bed they will put one on for you which makes a huge difference.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was so pleased to find that along with the beautiful new spa, the character and friendliness haven't changed at all. It's a small, quiet hotel in a lovely spot with amazing sea views and great facilities. My room was very comfortable and immaculately clean.
The pool bar food and drink offering have improved from my last visit and the sun loungers and parasols are a vast improvement.
From the greeting on arrival in the early hours of the morning to checking out, every member of staff I encountered was friendly, authentic and helpful. Can't wait to return again.
It would be really helpful to have a clothes airer back on the balcony for wet swimming gear and towels.

The wellness centre is dangerously devoid of safety and support features. There were no handles to assist with climbing steps or getting into or out of the jacuzzi. My son had to assist me. The floors were very slippy from surface water and there were no trays to hold soaps or shampoos in the gents shower cubicles.

Breakfast was very good, fresh pastries and toast, yogurt and fruit and lots of savoury options. The herby tomatoes were so delicious! Coffee was from a machine but not bad.
The hotel had beautiful views to the sea and palm trees, the spa is extremely nice and the balcony was a lovely sun trap even in February. Useful to have a little fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach and restaurants etc, no big deal but the hill is pretty hard work with a pushchair and after a meal out!
There were some ants in the bedroom, and it didn’t seem to be that well swept but apart from that was very clean and comfortable.
There’s no kids pool, again no big deal as the beach is so nice.

We arrived at 18:15 and had to wait at the reception untill we got the key to our room. Because of this we could not enter the pool/spa area anymore, as these rooms close at 19:00. This also goes for the pool. I think it was a bummer for us, because we payed extra for this hotel especially because of the facilities, but unfortunately they close very early.
Nevertheless, all facilities are very nice.
That the closing time of the facilities was very early and that the swimming pool outside was freezing cold. You also had to wear a headband to go into the swimmingpool, which we absolutely didn't like. You need to buy one at the hotel to use the small indoor pool. We eventually didnt use this pool, because there were too many in their. We hoped the pool outside would be a little warm, since the ocean was freezing cold, but the pool inside was the only one that was warm. The night that we arrived, another family arrived aswell next to our hotelroom. They came later in the night and we could hear them all the time. The kids were loud and going inside and out. We believe this hotel should be an adult only hotel. Otherwise there is no relaxing here.

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable even for children along with inferior pillows for a 4 *. Main complaint was the spa, I slipped and fell twice in the cheap slippers they provided. Warned reception that there is a problem and was disappointed to hear the manager was aware of this. So why were there no warning signs on the door to the spa? I complained at the neglect of not warning clients and was told there is text in the spa brochure. Weak response, along with weak apology from the staff when I was there. I could have easily hurt myself and worry for other guests who are older and less agile. Apparently they are putting signs up now. Not a great experience.

Overall I was missing the loving touch. Dining room looks a bit sterile. Spa looked a bit lifeless, could do with plants, a water dispenser, some fruit. Indoor pool and whirlpool looked a bit cloudy, so didnt use those.

It was advertised as being 500 meters from the beach - what they failed to mention is that the hotel is on a steep hill which, with a stroller, was not enjoyable walking back from beach or dinner. Also, the room had a very strong smell of perfume that gave me a headache. The breakfast also was very average.

The view was beautiful and proximity to the beach was great. Your bartender and server (forgot their names) were funny and provided great service.
The vibe was very boring, we could not cast our phones to the TVs after following the instructions, no music playing anywhere, no fun at the pool, and the absolute worst was making us pay for a hair cap??? Ridiculous. The fact that we have to wear one is stupid but if that is your rule, fine.. But to pay for them??? We just walked out. For how much we paid per night you can toss in a hair cap for free. Don't be cheap. While there I compared 4 and 5 star hotels that we could have moved to for less money but it wasn't worth the hassle.
