Really nice stay. The staff were very helpful and always smiling from reception to room attendance/cleaning. Indoor pool / jacuzzi and steam bath were very clean, and the water temperature was perfect. And the location is perfect. It is a 2mns walk to theTrain/bus station and shopping centre. Definitely would stay again.

Clean, modern and beautiful hotel. Smells nice when you walk in. Staff are friendly and the location is excellent in a lively area, next to train station and beautiful view. Has restaurants and bars on site and lots near by too.

A mirror in the room would be useful. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and no window so the mirror got steamy after a shower and was useless. Also the flush wasn’t working properly and I reported it and got told it was fixed but it wasn’t.

The breakfast was an unexpectedly great value. The room was lovely and had just about everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The spa was very nice. My payment method was accepted - sometimes an issue in Europe. Washcloths! Amazing location and good value in the end.

What WiFi? The sofa bed was made up with no blanket. I froze as I could not use the AC. It’s 2026 - I had to reach behind furniture to unplug appliances in order to charge my devices. Three people on the reservation, two washcloths in the room.

In a central and lively location, yet quiet. Convenient transportation to the airport and downtown. The room was spacious and had everything a guest could need. A generous breakfast and very friendly staff. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you!

We arrived late, 9:30 by train. Super convenient to walk to from the train platform. This was the reason we chose to stay at the Tivoli. Night staff upgraded us to a suite. Very much appreciated the extra space as we repacked everything for our flight the next morning and the extra room made it easier. The room was quite and comfortable. Good black out curtains although they never worked with the switch on the wall.

We werent told we needed to use our room key to activate the elevator. Could understand why the elevator wouldnt respond. Another guest helped us. Only one elevator seemed to work at all. We waited and waited for it an elevator and finally used the stairs to access our paid for breakfast. The room didnt come with breakfast included. We did buy the breakfast brunch which was very nice and had all kinds of options. The bed side table was not clean. Sticky residue like a juice had spilled and not been cleaned up. But when we discovered that and stain on the floor we were already exhausted and went to bed. It did make us wonder what else wasnt clean. Alerting the front desk personal in the morning to this needing attention there was NO apology and my husband was told to contact a phone number on a card they gave him. We were suppose to report the stain and table top mess. We ddint...it might still be there. Oh well.

Location was convenient to the airport, staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator from parking garage went straight up to room floors. Crib was provided as requested.

The room was very outdated and old. We were placed directly next to the elevator. Peeling wallpaper, old furnishings, window difficult to operate. Very small room. Parking was 15 Euro for the night in the TIGHTEST parking garage I have ever driven in. I expected a lot more for the price. This was the most expensive stay we had in Portugal for the worst room (booked the Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed and View (2 Adults + 1 Child)). No fridge in the room besides the stocked mini-bar. Bedding for the crib was old.

This hotel is amazing in a very good location. The room was spotless with a very good decoration and with a great view towards the river and main street. The staff from reception is very kind, very helpful I'd say very professional. The breakfast was delicious and I'd say very impressive with so much variety and quality food,TOP,TOP. The staff helping the breakfast extremally friendly and helpful. This's a 4 start hotel but I'd give them a 5 star. I Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was well decorated and in good condition. It had a very good hair dryer instead of one of those built-in ones with no power.

The restaurant did not open until 8:00pm. I ate there and had a good meal but I did not want to get to bed so late when I had a morning airplane flight.

My wife and i stayed there on the 28th thus year and it was one if the best experien in lisbon as we are from portugal. It was differenct class of servjce we ever recieved. We got brought up to the room a complimentary bottle of champagne from the GM. Beautiful hotel, well located right at Orientes and close to the main attractions at Parque das Nações. Very large family rooms, good amenities, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

The views from the room were beautiful but the outside glasses were very dirty. While breakfast had a good variety and selections, the coffee/coffee machine were subpar.

Central location. Next to Lisboa Oriente so train travel very convenient. Since it is close to airport, the taxis is only a short 20 minutes ride, even in a Lisbon traffic jam. The best location only few steps from Oriente Train Station and the largest shopping mall. Hotel is new, we loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend if anyone choose to stay outside town center but still easy accessible to all attractions by public transportation. Room was very comfortable with big windows that faced the Sea to watch the beautiful Sunrise. We also loved the hospitality from staffs here. We will stay here again for sure for my next visit to Lisbon

The menus at the sky bar/restaurant are extremely large and seem outdated. (They need to be replaced immediately as they give the place a cheap feel) And honestly the type is often seen in the places with bad food and service . What is not the case here.

1. Facility can be upgraded. Overall good but could be better, the suite did not have mirror except inside the bathroom. Facility of bathtub is good but not as modern as new hotels. 2. My trip was a family vacation, smart tv did not support streaming on Netflix neither broadcasting from device which is bad. This is important for a lot of families when spending vacation, it is strange such hotel is not able to accommodate that. 3. Breakfast at restaurant is awesome but I have few comments (provided I don’t eat pork/ham). They need to add more main options, I stayed for 3 days and I only saw hash brown/saute veges besides the usual egg/pancake station, they could be more creative and put more effort, others hotels show much wider and better selection of items. Nevertheless , I was happy with quality and staff service (awesome). Pastry/desserts section was good
