Apartment was quite big. Great location. The pool area was really good and nice activities for kids.
Wifi did not work at all and when we asked for support we were told to connect to the room beside us, which had really bag and signal as well.
Breakfast and dinner was a bit overpriced.

Maybe just the fact that it doesn’t have that many channels, especially if you travel with kids

A really nice but a bit old hotel with all the pros and cons. The weather wasn't too hot so we havent tried any of the facilities. The beds were comfy, and we had the basics to cook some food.
The elevator was next to the room so we heard it when it was running, not too many people were in the hotel so not too many used it during the night. The boiler was running for long time and was a bit loud.

The hotel room is very big and clean and it smells nice! The stuff is very friendly and they help you with everything and answer any questions you have! The breakfast was good and you have a lot of variety! It’s worth the money! :D
The internet is not the best! If your room is close to the entrance there will be noises until midnight! But the experience was nice even so!

Very nice staff, particularly the receptionists and cleaning personnel, quiet location. The rooms have extra kitchen and they are big. Balconies are also big. The hotel itself has a lot of extra facilities and looks pretty clean. The rooms were quiet.
I have found cocroaches in my bathroom, on two consecutive days... I asked at the reception to remove the ones I had killed, which they did immediayely. After the second case the staff offered to change my room and they sincerely apologized. I appreciate how they handled the issue. The staff was really nice and empathic. My rating is affected by this unpleasant incident, if this would not have happened I would have rated everything as perfect.

Best choice we could have made! Cleaning at it's best, we had our beds made every single day, verry spacious and well proportiones, great view, aso.
Dinner time was odd...for a holliday destination, to not be able to eat at the restaurant after 9pm was a little bit strange....though the food was excelent!!! Verry tasty, little variety but just enough, and they they didn't repeat menus!

The buffet had good variety, with fresh food. The rooms are spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area has enough space to swim and lounge.
The staff at the restaurant was unfriendly, even hostile on some days. The hotel charges €3 for water during dinner but the water is free during breakfast, this makes nonsense. Dinner is at 7pm but on the day when most of the Afronation attendees arrived this was changed to 7:30pm which is wrong and late.

Clean, large apartment, cleaned every day, air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms.
Kitchen not well stacked.
No wifi reception in most of the apartment and where we could get wifi it was slow and constantly dropped out.
Swimming pool closed too early.
Too long a walk to the beaches meant we had to drive each time.
Restaurant was low quality food for the price.

Location, tennis court, free parking, pool. Great activities nearby dolphin watching, golfland, etc.
Unstable and squeeky beds. Doors feel like they are paper thin as you can hear noises all the time coming from the hall and reception. This is probably better at the corner rooms than those around the Central hall, so the central rooms should be cheaper due to noise. The safe is rental 3 eur/day until 12:00. If you book safe for 1 day at morning, then it stops working after 12:00 same day. Breakfast 15 eur, dinner 25 eur. The buffé is hit or miss for a 4-star hotel. Drinks cost extra. Even water is 3 eur/piece for dinner, but free at breakfast... There is 1 free drink included with the reservation yet it was never offered or reminded. When we asked waitress to confirm, she said she would ask around, but they never came back to us.

Breakfast was nice, but not the coffee... They have a parking in the property.
The check in procedures takes ages. They take 100 EUR deposit. The rooms were cold, but luckily have air conditioners. The pools are not heated. The rooms are smelly and needs refreshment. Nowhere to charge the phone in the bedroom. The mattress is very hard. They use a lot of paper printed documents.
