Breakfast had lots of choices and was of high quality. Great location right across from the beach - lots of nearby restaurants to choose from - great gelato place right down the block.
Parking arrangement is a bit challenging as the underground garage has limited spots and parking can't be reserved.
Street parking is difficult on a busy weekend. Would have liked some softer towels.

Typical chain hotel (in a positive way). Service staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located right across the beach. Restaurants and shops around the corner. Loved the outdoor glass elevator with view to the beach. Room and bathroom clean, spacious and comfy. Good breakfast, Rooftop pool. Parking garage (for charge) with direct access to lobby.
Just a side note: the parking garage is really narrow, SUV might have difficulties to maneuver.
And maybe it is time to update the TVs to smart TV so that visitors can access their streaming accounts on TV.

The smell of cigarets was awful. Even if there was a signs in the room that forbiden to smoke, guests of the hotel was still smoking. So in the coridors, lobby, lifts was smell of smoke.

The staff was helpful and caring. The breakfast was good as usual in Sana hotels. The place of the Hotel just in front of the beach was perfect.
The general feeling of the hotel is a bit old-fashioned. The water in swimming pool was only 1 m and the metallic stairs to get off were broken making very hard to step out of swimming pool and with danger to get hurt. We did not use the pool anymore. The Air Conditioner was not very effective and was loud with 46 decibels in its max. force. Best option was open the window and close the AC.
There was many problems for parking, but that was a problem of Sesimbra in general

The location is amazing. Very conveniently located in front if the beach. The pool on the top floor has an amazing view too.
Just the fact that, during breakfast, as a solo at the table, if I would stand up to fetch something else, my food on the table would be gone by the time I would be back. But I have addressed it with the staff and it was solved the following day.

Amazing location right on the beach and near lovely restaurants and shops. Parking is very expensive but at least we could park - there was nowhere on the street. Good breakfast, nice rooms, lovely little pool and sun terrace on the roof.

We've been before but the staff is always the most helpful, preparation of room and efficiency handling our booking requests were superb. Beds were super comfortable and clean for an amazing sleep.
Loved the pool and my family loved using the Jacuzzi.
The location is of course the best.
Nothing, other than a lift being broken, which led to big waiting time to go up and down to and from the rooms. That being fixed when we left was much better.
Car parking is awful there but as long as you're happy to pay for a spot in the hotel park, it makes life easy. For a long stay parking in the hotel would get really expensive.

Hotel needs a makeover. Hair dryers in the room date back to 1970's. Also they don't supply any kind of steamer or iron in the room which is unusual. I have never stayed in a hotel and I have stayed in many around Europe that didn't have those amenities. To have something pressed such as a dress was 14€. Extra coffee pods for room were 1€.

The balcony of the room is literally the ocean under your feet. We arrived in the late evening, and the receptionist provided for us a room with really nice view to the ocean. The staff was welcoming. Delicious dinner (served also during very late evening, we were suprised!), a large selection of tasty breakfast provided to hotel guests. Parking just across the street (a few places only).

For start, the website pictures of the room looks way better than the room once you see it in person.
The condition of the bedroom was unpleasant.
It was around 30°degrees Celsius in the bedroom all the time. Very unpleasant to sleep under these conditions. We called reception and maintenance guy came to see us and told us a part of the ventilation cooling system broke down 4 weeks prior and that's the reason for the hot air. I asked him if he could turn it off the ventilation into the room. Nothing really happened.
One thing is certain, the hotel shouldn't be open to costumers under these conditions.
The hotel also charge for the car parking the crazy amount of €17 per night in a separate bedroom price

The staff is very friendly, the food (breakfast and dinner) is amazing and the pool is just at the right temperature. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room and from the pool are very pleasant. It was February and the hotel was very quiet.
The room's window was not closing properly, so a lot of noise from the outside was heard inside the room. The pool area is looking a bit shabby. They start cleaning and vacuuming adjacent rooms before 9AM. Hotel parking is way too expensive, especially considering that it's hard to get free parking close to the hotel. TV did not support Netflix or any other streaming services and there wasn't a way of connecting the PC to the TV.

Nice location, must be lovely during the summer. Good breakfast included. Parking both garage and street options are available.
Dated property, smelly in the rooms - had to wide open the window. Very dated bathrooms - lack of water pressure in the shower.

- Pool was closed (this was the primary reason for choosing this hotel)
- Room fridge was unpluged from main. When request a fix, the employee stated that was working and it was the normal temperature for frigobar... after employee leave, I just move the furniture around and plug it in.
- Room carpete had stains.

The hotel is very old. Everything is in bad condition. The areas, decoration, equipment, furniture. All very old. The breakfast is not good. Bad presentation, ugly salon.

Needs some maintenance. There is rust on the letters on the roof. The pool has drain grids that are broken and some other stuff. Does not matter that much for your stay but still.. Time to do some maintenance.

Highly recommend this hotel in Sesimbra. Great value for money, excellent location, amazing breakfast, good size room, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous views from the rooftop
Parking was €20 a night which we realized after reading the reviews. There are no other long-term parking options around the area and those that accommodate overnight are more expensive so while the hotel is cheaper, it feels expensive when you’re a paying guest

Swimming pool was 0.8m deep the whole way, bit tired. Room was very small for 3 people. Car parking was expensive

Great location, one of the best in town.
The pool, which is the hotel’s main attraction, especially in Winter was not functioning properly. The roof had been removed, leaving it fully exposed to the cold winds, and in practice it was not usable. A message sent by the hotel in advance feels, in hindsight, like a disclaimer rather than a real clear explanation - it did not accurately reflect the real condition of the pool. As a family, we would definitely have chosen a different hotel if we had understood the situation in advance, as we cam with kids especially for that. Jacuzzi was ok, but also jets did not work. So bottom line, quite a bummer.
