The rooms are dated. The mattresses are old and very thin but fine. There's a kitchenette area but honestly, it's a waste of space because there are no plates or there is no cutlery to be used. The bathroom is strange as part of the toilet is under the vanity so you have to sit sideways. When you flush the toilet, the smell that comes back up through the toilet is disgusting. It is methane, pure and simple. It's like the plumbing has not been installed properly. You have to flush the toilet about 25 times to make that smell finally go away. It's bad enough to burn your eyes.

What we liked about this stay is all about the reason for our booking it. We had a 10+ hour layover in Doha during the late afternoon/evening hours, so we wanted to go into the city to explore a little. We had considered storing our bags at a luggage storage location, which would have been cheaper, but Doha is hot so we also wanted to be able to shower before our next flight. We considered purchasing a lounge pass, but that would have been more expensive and restrictive, so we decided last minute to book this place, and we are glad that we did. It was a great location just a couple minutes' walk from the metro stop, super easy (just be sure to leave from the appropriate metro exit to be closer). Our room actually had a pretty nice view toward the water. Location made it easy to change quickly, explore the waterfront and Souq Waqif, return to freshen up, and hop on the metro back for our flight with no stress.

Room was a bit run-down, dated, smelly, and some needed repairs, but generally felt safe and again the value for what we needed, we are pleased. I would not choose this hotel for an overnight stay, but fine for long layover.

Great location very near the heritage Souk which we thoroughly enjoyed - small walking distance. Also the rail station just across the road - going all over Doha. Very roomy apartment with a small balcony. Ubers cheap to use from this hotel to the museums. Breakfast was very adequate. Staff did their best to look after us.

Older style but certainly comfortable and very reasonably priced.

The kitchenette and the closed balcony. TV is nice to cast videos. No tacky nightclub/bar in the building.

Shower curtain fixed too inside. Water flow and temperature uneven and too hot. No food options onsite. Hotel has no signboard to see from outside and no exterior illumination.

Check-in was super easy and quick. The place absolutely matches the pictures online – no surprises, just what you expect! It's great for a short stay, offering everything you need without any fuss. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the main city, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are a couple of good low-to-mid range restaurants right behind the hotel, which was incredibly convenient for meals. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an efficient and well-located stay.

Dinding parking was consistently a challenge. Even though spaces are available around the hotel, they were always packed, requiring extra time to find a spot. Also, the mini-mart in the lobby is very convenient for a quick snack, but be prepared for prices that are double what you'd typically pay

Room is surprisingly good. I was not expecting a good room for the money I spent. Pool is a little small but I liked that it has pool for kids and that it's indoor. Staffs are accommodating. I also enjoyed their fast wi-fi.

The hotel has no parking space I had to park my car across the street and it's not even a good parking area. The hotel has no restaurant according to the reception. Toilet sink cladding needs to be fixed.
