There was drilling outside my room very noisy for all the stay and that scared my son and disturbed my sleep.
Receptionist not helpful when I asked for change he just shrugged and said taxi will have when it was 5am and of course he didnโt. The receptionist could have looked for a solution like book a taxi that accepts a card.

Hair remains in the shower from the previous guest.
Room service not provide opener for the beverages, once called back no one came afterwards I ordered a food and I seek the waitress to provide an opener ,once he came back he says just use my own opener and once you done ill get it back ( Not his fault )he helps me instead to struggle waiting for the room service promised which has been ignored.
Based on check-in offer ( not my request ) that they going to upgrade the room but unfortunately it's not .( Not an issue ).

I've Tried 4 Rooms, as I Stayed in the Hotels 4 Consecutive times, 2 Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the ones in 7th Floor, while one room in 3rd floor, I Couldn't sleep as it was above the Night club, but the staff immediately transferred me to another one.
One of the Rooms had a very loud air blow sound, from above the ceiling, and the AC Grill also had a very loud sound, When I asked for the Maintenance, They did not come, and I had to stay 3 Nights in this Loud sound it was very annoying

Despite my prior request, the hotel failed to provide two separate beds, which was completely ignored upon arrival. When I insisted on my confirmed request, the reception staffโs attitude was unprofessional and far from polite.
In addition, the lack of available parking was a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel of this standard. Even more surprisingly, no assistance was offered with our luggage from the moment we arrived, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.
Overall, the hotel has a good location, but it is very poorly managed. The administrative and service shortcomings significantly overshadow any positives, making the experience unpleasant and disappointing.

The front staff were very professional Leslie the asst. Front desk manager was very thorough
The original room which was supposed to be smoke free the previous occupants must have smoked as the aroma was strong I called it in down to the front desk the person came up also called it back in talking about the smell they swiftly changed my room it was very fast very professional very efficient most impressive.

It was a very nice experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. I also received a complimentary meal, which was a pleasant surprise. Room service was very good, and the food was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
