The location is amazing, a 10min drive from the airport, 5 min drive from the old town and a short walk from the metro station if you want yo explore Qatar by metro- sooo easy to use and very cheap.

Everything except the first day which was a disaster and I had never experienced such things on whole my previous trips to any hotel in the world.
I arrived to hotel at 12:00 pm and completed all the paperwork and being told the room not ready as i came early (i.e. check in at 3:00 pm) which was fine with me and I told them I will go around the city and come back later. I arrived 4:15 pm where I expected my two bedrooms suite id ready; unfortunately, I had to wait until 6:15 pm to get to my suite despite the fact every half-hour I go and ask agin and they said the room not ready and it is under cleaning which was not the truth because after three hours of waiting and talking to the manager I went myself to see the room to see what was the holdโs up, I saw the housekeeping working at my room at 6:00 pm!!!!!
Thatโs mean since I came back 4:15 pm until probably 5:45 pm, no one was working on my room while the customer service always told me โthey are working on my roomโ every time I asked (Not telling the truth)
I was traveling by car from KSA since 7:00 am in the morning and got my room almost after 12 hrs so we lost the whole day as we were so exhausted and have three kids imagine that.
They send us an apology card and gift the following day which we appreciate their acknowledgment to the problem; however, the hotel staff/management should have better way of handling customer service and have s contingency plan as honestly speaking many other families were delayed as well on that date
Other than that occasion, every things is fantastic and the facilities super clean

Very Late check in , it took 1 h to give us the room . Staff do not have experience to deal with such situation, even to compensation like late check out or upgrade. Or complementary food/drinks to the room . All closet get stuck with ur clothes inside and need to call someone to open closet . Service very slow even when called reception as emergency to send someone to get our clothes out to go to event it takes long time to send someone. Stuff and manager layers they said room not ready coz it is not clean and where calling cleaners in front of us many time to ask if room cleaning over or not and they keep postponing. Then manager come said they did not gave us the room dye yo technique issues. Something mot accepted at all . To be honest this is cannot be a level of 5 star hotel. Very disappointed and not recommended for stay over night even for 1 day

I was really impressed by the quality of materials on the premises and spotless cleanliness of the room and all of the facilities in general, the hotel it's very quiet and very private which added a bonus for us. Marvelous stay I would definitely come back with no hesitation.
Honestly nothing... maybe the location is a little far apart but it wasn't a problem setting the location as a base to be visiting Doha.

Food in restaurant was less good than expected as Italian style, not authentic, but still quite good.
Could put a shelf closer to water in long shower as more risk to slip going back and forwards to her shampoo/ conditioner/ soap.

I had a wonderful staycation. The room was cozy with a great view, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast spread. The pool was perfect for relaxation, and the staff provided excellent service. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Housekeeping team was not efficient , they only clean up the room properly on the first day, after that we had to beg for them to come and clean the room. On the last day they did not vacuum the room properly.

Everything about my stay was amazing! The staff, the facilities, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.
However, I would suggest improvements to the half-board menu. While the quality of the food was good, I felt that the half-board dinner did not quite justify the price. It wasnโt as satisfying as expected, and I believe thereโs room for improvement in the variety and quality of the meals offered.
That said, I would definitely return soon, but I would skip the half-board option next time.

The electricity suddenly went off no light no AC, took one hour to fix the problem. At the same time it was my brother engagement in the hotel hall. No one even transfer her to another room or even offering to upgrade her room. So sad about that

The hotel has the beautiful architecture and interior (it's giving haunted mansion).
We had a one hour delay during the check in (mind you we arrived after 5PM), the employee has informed us that we will be compensated and will receive late check out, and of course we didn't when we called a day before our check out to confirm. Service was below mediocre and I expected more to be honest. I wouldn't recommend anyone stays there.
One of the lamps was broken. The coffee table book was marked with scribbles, and the sink faucet was faulty. Overall, the room did not seem well maintained, and the interior layout was not comfortable (coffee station/closet). There are better options to stay in Doha.
