I think it's my 4th time at this place and I'm choosing them, because it is really close to the event I'm participating at. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has quite a good variety and delicious foods.
For me it's unacceptable to find out there that the restaurant is open only between 6PM and 10PM. I've seen no information regarding this anywhere. Also, the breakfast has quite a limited choice and at least some fruits would be a necessary addition.

This is an awesome hotel, everyone is friendly and if you need help they will go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. Our receptionist, Manuela, is very professional and an amazing person, the owner of the hotel, D-nul Costica, is a hands on guy, he fixed is no time the AC unit just to make us more comfortable. The beds are comfortable, high en quality, the restaurant is at the international standard and the personal is amazing. On top of everything you have there a huge swimming pool, entertainment all day and very peaceful nights. We will definitely want to come back. Thank you Garden Club for making our vacay a beautiful memory.

The staff was very friendly, they accommodates us, including our 11 months baby. We really enjoyed the pool.
We could have used more staff at the pool, sometimes they were really busy and forgot about our orders, but overall being there was very nice.

Very large room with comfortable bed and large high quality TV. The personnel was very kind and helpful, and the hotel manager took great care to help me. Good location in Brasov with some important shops close by. Affordable price.
The bathroom was a bit smelly, and could have been cleaned better. During the night the temperature dropped a lot (in spite of the fact that I had the thermostat set to high) and I woke up during the night (with a headache) because of this.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Brasov in a quiet location away from the main highway. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had an excellent evening meal and good breakfast. We would stay there again.
The restaurant closed at 2100 which might be inconvenient for some travellers.

Staff were great. Our car was damaged in the hotel car park by another guest, however the hotel manager was extremely helpful once informed in making phone calls for us etc given we don't speak the language. We also had some great meals at the restaurant and wished we had more time to enjoy the pool which is a great area.
We didn't realise the pool is not just for hotel guests so was very busy during the day, the car park was also very hectic for this reason. The room was very hot the first night however when I mentioned it to reception, they were quick to have someone come and fix it.

Weโve been here twice before. Good pool and staff.
Hotel staff poor. Air conditioner not working on our first night. Reception apologised and said they would attend to it the next day - nothing happened.
The restaurant was closed the first night due to a function - ok they informed us and we eat by the pool. We went down at 7:30 pm the next night - no one there. Eventually someone cane from reception after we telephoned - restaurant closed. Pool bar closed. No reason - no apology - why didnโt they inform us before? Couldnโt even get a drink. This is not a hotel! Wouldnโt even call a taxi for us to go into town - had to do that ourselves.
And to think we went back to the hotel for the third time because of the good food and service!!

It was just lovely. Short hop from the train and the town centre. Special thanks to Gheorghe for the kindest possible help and consideration in all matters. Very friendly. The room was brilliant with two balconies!! Excellent cleaning. Lively and fun pool area but the hotel also became very quiet at a reasonable time in the evening. Lovely food. Comfy beds - fabulous bathroomโฆ. Excellent.
Almost - but didnโt have the heart - to deduct one mark for the WiFi!!! Needs addressingโฆ(for next time)โฆ.aside from that - perfection.
