I don't think is a 4 stars hotel. The most annoying thing is that in weekends they have wedding parties and you can't sleep which destroy the single purpose of a hotel. I had to drive next day and I couldn't sleep. I was at 3th floor and was alot of noise

This hotel is in a good and accessible location and has good parking. Personnel is nice and the room looks nice at first sight.
Room: shower cabin has mould and dirt, carpet in the room had big stains, not really clean.
Hotel restaurant: food had a bad taste. French fries were almost raw, so if the cook cannot prepare french fries then what about other food? At dinner the pork meat tasted and smelled bad, like it was past expiration and at breakfast there was a cockroach near the toaster, on the buffet table. Also, at breackfast the fried eggs were dry like they were prepared one day before.

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood between the station and the city centre. Around 15 minutes on foot from both. Despite hosting a large wedding party the hotel provided a private dining space with full menu for other guests. I had to leave early to catch a train and the hotel provided a very welcome 'breakfast bag'. The duty manager was very pleasant and helpful

The only thing that disappointed me was the staff, who show no emotion or empathy.
When you ask a question, they respond with simple, short answers without showing any kindness.
Also, breakfast, which officially lasts until 10:30, often has no food left on the buffet already by 10:00, and you have to additionally ask and look for staff to bring it to you.
Plates are collected at 10:00โ10:15, even though, once again, breakfast is supposed to last until 10:30.
Everything else was truly at the highest level.

The room was large, clean and well equipped. The room had a working TV, mini fridge, hair dryer and functional WIFI. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was hot water at all times and expected toiletries were provided. The included breakfast was ok. The staff was alright. There are around 14 parking spots in front of the hotel and I had no issues finding a spot during my stay.
During my stay, the AC stopped working. It worked fine for a day and a half but once temperatures fell to below 0 the AC stopped working. This in turn caused the room to be very cold while it was around -5 C outside. The breakfast lounge was generally cold. These problems might not be typical for the hotel, but given the amount I paid I expected a hassle free experience.

there is indeed free parking, but not underground one.
Hotel is definitely not 4 stars as they say. Rooms are small and cold. Heating was a problem. In worked randomly and turned our randomly too. There almost nothing in the room, not even a kettle. Walls between rooms are very thick so your here everything from your neighbors. Breakfast are pretty poor, but even though they are, the hotel stuff can't get ะบrefill of food and drinks in time. As the result, some people were not able to eat at all. Wifi is very poor. Shower head was also broken so you can't adjust the level.
About the location - around 20 min walk from the city center and Christmas market.
