Interesting place to explore in close proximity to the Hotel are Safwah tower, Hajar Tower, Clock tower, Zamzam Tower, Abraj Al bait complex, Zamzam Well, The Sacred Mosque (Masjid Al Haram), AL Diyafa Mall, Al Hijaz Mall and others.

Worst mistake to choose this hotel. No staff, no drinking water, no help desk. Very dirty hote..you will find mosquitos as soon as you enter the hotel l. I don't how people have rated this 7.3 on booking.com. i paid for 3 nights before actually going there but i had to vacate the hotel just after stay of 1 night. My money went waste. No refund for rest of 2 nights.

Good value for money, close to food outlets and staff are freindly. Also rooftop as multiple laundry and dryers. Beds also very comfortable.
The bus service was not great, somedays took almost half hour to get to haram, it needs to be more frequent as it means if you miss it you have to wait until the next salah to even see another bus. Also drivers need to be more freindly.

The location is great there is a lot of facilities around the hotel
We were promised a shuttle to Haram, but there was no clear schedule. The place is left unmaintained. I had to open my door with a screw driver, there were little roaches roaming about.

I actually liked the nice staff they have especially Abo Anas and Fares or Firas Al Sharif, they were exceptional and kind, so shoutout to them and hope all the best for them and their services where you can get a bus that goes straight to Al Haram.
I donโt think there was something I didnโt like, maybe the parking garage wasnโt open because of maintenance as they told me, otherwise everything was nice.

Very old building, rooms smell like wet carpet. Refrigerator is filthy, the kitchen is very dusty. Some cooky crumbs are still on the floor from the previous guest. Bathroom smells very bad. They indicate thereโs parking in reality no parking. Impossible to find a parking spot around the hotel. Very surprised this is actually available in booking!!

Room no 1005 door lock not working properly we struggled to open and room no 1004 shower not working properly.
And both room doesnโt have enough towel we were 8 person but towel kept just 2 and hot water not coming. There is no one to focus on us.

1. Price - This was a good price on these dates
2. Location- Good for family, with plenty of restaurants and transportation.

2. Cleanliness- It was just average , i was forced to adjust to the overall Cleanliness standards of rooms.
3 .The room I was alloted, didn't have an access key !! . The staff was opening with the master key .Whenever I needed to get into the room from outside, I have to come to reception staff and arrange someone to open it for me. Imagine how terrible it was ! .I raised a complaint to booking.com and finally I got an access key on the second day .
I would have a second thought of staying in this hotel if I need to .

The staff's hospitality was excellent. A bus service is available from the hotel to Haram. It costs around 50 riyals from the hotel to the Haram by metered taxi.
The room lighting was dimmer than I would have liked. Also, there was a Wi-Fi connectivity issue in the room, as it kept showing a password error despite working perfectly in the lounge and reception areas.
