Zero. They didnโt allow me to check in even thought I paid fully.
I paid on booking dot com on the 21/08/2024 with proof on my bank statement and app. The staff were extremely unhelpful and insisted I did not pay despite adequate proof. They couldn't speak English so when their booking dot com application showed "balance is zero" they insisted it meant that I didn't pay. I went as far as using Google translate but they refused to listen. Also, when I arrived for check-in they couldn't find my booking, I had to find it for the staff on their list myself.

Superb. It's a four star hotel but they're just starting out so prices are really low for now.
I was lucky to get it at a discounted rate but would have paid much more. Muhammad, the night steward, is simply amazing in his manner and service. I am yet to see a hotel with better bathrooms in terms of size, layout and quality of fittings. 10/10

It is a nice, comfortable place, with new furnitures, and the staff are nice and supportive.
The shower had quite often cold water, and we had problems with clogged pipes in the bathroom. They have fixed the issue properly.

This is top class high quality hotel . The staff treated us well and went out of the way to help us. The hotel manager was there when we checked in and he treated us with respect. Reception and room service staff was very welcoming. Whenever we asked for help they immediately sort out things for us.
I hope hotel can coordinate with any neighbouring hotel for shuttle service. However , this was not issue as taxi cost around 10 to 15 Riyals. Once we went to neighbouring shuttle bus which was half empty and frequent services.

Whenever I visit Makkah for a day, my obvious choice of stay is always Diar Alkhalidiya. Absolute value for money. Very flexible in early check-in and check-out. Cooperative staff 24/7.
You need to take a taxi to Masjid Haram, and it just cost you 10/20 riyal. This hotel is on Ibrahim Khalil Road, near to Bilal hotel. Grocery and restaurants are always nearby.
BTW, this is my 3rd stay at this hotel

The hotel was very clean. The facilities were good, and everything was just right. Above all, I was very satisfied with the service team, especially Ms. Mariam. She never hesitated to provide the necessary help as quickly as possible and was always there for all guests. I sincerely thank her and the entire hotel staff.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is located about 25 minutes away from the Haram, but they offer a shuttle bus that runs every hour, which is very convenient and punctual. The hotel is truly recommendable for its excellent price-performance ratio.

I liked almost everything, Orjwan and Abdelrahman in the reception firs meet me with their beautiful smile and welcoming worlds, which made my stay very positive, Orjwan was so helpful and arranged to accommodate my big shipment till I left.

Outside in front of the hotel was not clean and properly made. The name was small, only you can see it when you reach it.
Breakfast was not that good, no coffee , some cold.
