I found a cockroach twice in the room, that the bathrooms were not clean, and that the housekeeping didnโt come to clean properly. When they did clean, it was done without any hygiene standards, and the bathrooms were dirty.

Price is cheaper compared to Masjidil Haram area..the location is ok if you prefer somewhere quiet. It has a free shuttle bus to and from Masjidil Haram every hour. In front of the hotel got the Bukhari restaurant, which serves local food, which is so tasty and cheap...the staff also very helpful and respectful.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable overall. One thing we really appreciated was their flexibility with check-in and check-out. The official check-in time was 4 PM, but they allowed us to check in around 2 PM. Similarly, the check-out time was 12 PM, yet they allowed us to stay until around 2 PM. This was extremely helpful, especially for people visiting for Umrah where schedules are always changing and you may return from Haram at different times. Their understanding and flexibility made things much easier for us.
One thing to mention, although it is not the hotelโs fault, is the shuttle system to Makkah. The travel time mentioned was around 20 minutes, but in our case it took about 35โ40 minutes to reach Masjid al-Haram. We also had to change buses during the trip. At one point security stopped our bus midway and did not allow it to continue, so we had to shift to another bus to complete the journey. This made the trip longer and a bit inconvenient.
