The location is fantastic. A moment from Raffles for a Singapore Sling! Close to Metro train station. Rooms have everything needed including freezing cold air conditioning but bathrooms are tiny. Everything super clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Okay for a cheaper one night stopover.

The location was quite good since distance to bugis junction only. I saw a number of umbrellas at the lobby not sure to let guests to rent ? if yes, double likes. Staff wise, super friendly girl and a guy with his blue coat on too. thx alot to them. they made us feel welcomed.
Housekeeping was loud.. I hardly got the slp around 6+ because maybe my body did not get used to the bed however around 8, those housekeeping talking so loudly and laughing.. Booked two rooms, and another room also can hear clearly.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. For those who don’t want to spend time commuting to the city center, where many attractions are located, this area will be the most convenient.
1. During check-in, the receptionist asked if we were okay with housekeeping being done on Monday, as there is no cleaning service on weekends (we checked in on Friday). Why is there no cleaning for two full days? This seems more like a cost-cutting measure by the hotel. I’ve never encountered such an approach before.
2. Upon entering the room, we realized it hadn’t been properly prepared. The only thing done was changing the bed linen and towels. No actual cleaning had been done—mirrors were not wiped, hair was found all over the room, and dust was untouched.
3. The room had excessive humidity. Even with the ventilation/air conditioning on, the air was so damp that dry clothes became moist, towels never dried (and they aren’t changed on weekends), and the floor remained wet.
4. The floor got even wetter due to the bathroom’s unusual design. Essentially, it’s a small room without a proper shower cabin, so water splashes everywhere, making the humidity issue even worse.
5. The condition and appearance of the room did not match the photos at all. It was a complete disappointment.
6. The hotel itself felt more like a place where people rent rooms for just one night.
7. We had no comfort or proper sleep at all. The ventilation/air conditioning was too loud to sleep with, but turning it off meant there was no air circulation whatsoever.
8. I have serious concerns about fire safety, as the rooms have no windows. The higher the floor, the harder it would be to evacuate in time.
9. As you can probably guess, we had two completely sleepless nights due to the heat, humidity, and noisy neighbors. On top of that, someone decided to smoke in the hotel twice at night, triggering the fire alarm. After two nights, we had to leave in a rush because there was simply no comfort. Unfortunately, our booking was non-refundable.
Don’t ruin your trip—avoid this hotel.

One of our rooms got upgraded to Superior so we're closer to each other. The room is spacious, has large windows, and a good layout. The bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were just right, we used everything from in there and didn't find the need to look for other things. The staff was really accommodating and easy to approach.
In one of our rooms there was a lingering smell of smoke which didn't go away even after spraying with air fresheners. This lasted the whole trip.

The area is perfect for everything, easy access to do sightseeing and very close to restaurants and the shopping area where you can buy souvenirs. The staff are helpful. And when we checkout i asked if we can leave our baggage and the staff said yes. Our flight was late so we have time to wondering around for .the day..
The bathroom is a bit tight and has no sofa on the lobby where you could sit while waiting for a friend to pick you up. My mistake i did not check on that. Also i asked the receptionist for a grab and she called a taxi who wanted to charge me a big amount of money So i canceled it and went back to the receptionist and told her what happened and ask again for a grab car not a taxi.this time. And she did booked me a grab car. It's better to book a grab because you knew exactly how much you are going to pay.
