Happy with our stay! We booked a double pod in a 4 pod room and slept very well. We were given fresh towels/blankets, bathrooms/shower rooms were clean, there was a hairdryer and soap in the womens shower room. Electronic lockers in the room are available. AC was working as it should. Great location right above 7eleven, 5 min walk from Maxwell Food center and 20 min walk to Marina Bay Sands. Great value for money (given the overall high Singaporean prices)

Staff are approachable, they assist us upon check in and to the room. The place is clean, the facilities is good. The price is right just for a night.
We were given cubicle on top that we have to climb. For couples ages 55 and 60 its not favorable esp that we are 80 kgs.Going up and down is a challenge. My recommendation is that they must give priority to older couple to stay down.

The beds are comfortable and clean. The pillows are soft, lights not too harsh on eyes. Air cond works perfectly okay. Even inside the capsule, you can still feel the cold. Its not stuffy. The capsule is quite big so you wont feel claustrophobic. Toilets are clean, no smell. Available drinking water
The bathrooms doors are not clean. Can be smelly too. Pantry sink is very dirty, will not put my mugs inside. Trash bin is not emptied as often and no specific trash bin for specific reason - like food trash bin and toilet trash bin. As the rooms are connected.

Its dirty, mould everywhere on the windows, very humid, very smelly (the room and common areas smell like sweat and dirty feet, no joke).
The showers are rusty and dirty.
The common area isnt really one, its just a corridor and you can sit in line, facing the window. Not a place welcoming to meet people and have a nice time.

Fantastic location. It is within walking distance of Lau Pa Sat, Chinatown, and the Marina Bay Sands area, plus its right next to the downtown MRT. Staff were great! Melvin was a fantastic host and was happy to help at a moments notice. Bathrooms and floors were kept spotless, bedsheets were cleaner than some hotels that Ive stayed in, and kitchenette area was always stocked with tea bags, cups, fresh wateretc. I had never stayed in a capsule hotel before, so I was a little hesitant and worried, but I stayed for a whole week without any complaints.

I highly recommend this hostel, I spent 8 nights there without any problem, a clean and maintained hostel very good reception and good restaurant recommendations ...
The public transport is close which gives access to all the city easily, located in Chinatown it is easy to find very good local restaurant to eat cheap lunch but also bar (cocktail wine beer ..) and very good restaurant for dinner, the chance to have a 7eleven just below the hostel.

You had to make breakfast yourself. No fruits, only milk, cereals, white bread with jam and some other things full of sugar.
I usually do not stay in hostels, but it is just not for me. It was not bad, but I wouldn't stay here again.

took up one room for 6 people (one family). Overall everything is good, breakfast of cereal and simple toast bread is included. Unit is cold all the time with full AC turned on.
got a little confused on the shower temperature, some of the shower heads has stronger pressure and some weaker. Some dont have hot water. And, wall furbishing looks abit old.
