The spa is free for guests, so being able to go for a sauna and jacuzzi after a day of trekking was a plus. We found the staff to be very nice and accommodating

Everything about this hotel was gorgeous and so much nicer than you would expect from a 3* hotel! The room felt luxurious and comfortable, the breakfast was beautifully laid out with loads of lovely choice (including champagne one day!) and the spa area was really pretty and pristine - 4 saunas, 2 jacuzzi and both outdoor and indoor areas. Really worth a visit after a busy day by the lake. To top it all off it was basically a minuteโs walk from lake Bled! Would definitely come back.
Canโt fault it - incredible quality and value for money.

Broken ventilation system caused awful noise. Went to reception at 2:00AM to ask for a room change - all booked up. Sleepless night.
They acknowledged the fault and offered us a smaller, less well-specced room next morning- at the same price! I had to show them their own prices on their website before they accepted a cheaper rate for the second night. Eventually also gave us a 10% discount on the first night.
So a reasonable outcome, but we should never have experienced that at a โwellnessโ hotel that sells peace and tranquility and rest, nor should we have had to battle quite that hard to get a fair resolution.

Lovely spacious and clean room with modern 'wet room' bathroom and good air conditioning for the hot summer! Location was fantastic for popping down to the Lake, gardens, and nearby restaurants. It was nice and quiet in the evenings too and not near the bars or bright lights of the massive hotels on the water edge. Staff were very friendly and there is a handy luggage room to store bags if you arrive early or leave late. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of variety. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay and will be back!
The 'wet room' meant that the shower water flooded out into the rest of the bathroom if you didn't turn it off all the time - although i think the drain just needed some good unblocker. There are towels and bathmats to stem the water, and there was a sign that says to let the staff know about 'outpouring' but it was a bit of a pain! Otherwise perfect.

The carpet on the floor in the corridor and stairs is very old and worn looking. The air conditioner was not working in our first room, so the girl from the reception proposed us another room which was more modern looking.

Amazing location to visit Lake Bled. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Spa was really nice with lots of saunas, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. Had a couples massage which was excellent and very reasonably priced. They loaded us electric scooters with no cost (just had to fill a 2 min survey). Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Large TV in the room and very modern dรฉcor. Great shower and bathroom. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and overall prices in the area very good. Bus station drop off and pickup very close. Will be returning to Lake Bled and will stay here again.

The room was really nice, the staff were great and helpful (had some trouble with a broken balcony door which they fixed asap), the location was great, the spa/jacuzzi was free of charge and honestly the highlight of our stay, because there was nobody in the whole spa and it was super chill/zen in there due to nicely smelling laveneder plants, warm water and relaxing music. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of different and quality food. The rooms had nice AC, everything was clean, the furniture is modern, and the best part, there was free private parking inside the hotel (under the roof and close to the elevator).
Value for money is exceptional!

We had an issue where 2 hornets came into the room from the balcony. I went down to reception to ask for a new room and immediately we were upgraded and given a premium room on the top floor, without charge or hesitation.
We also had a late flight on the day of checkout and were able to leave our bags in the hotel the entire day. The location is also brilliant, a 5 minute walk to the lake, and a 10 minute walk from somewhere to rent a boat.
Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options too.

Free admission to the sauna park when you forgo house keeping for the day, a most welcome bonus. Also located close to the lake and many restaurants. You could walk to the castle if you wanted to (we did not).

No fridge! Couldn't keep drinks for the summer visit or milk for tea. No kettle: it says tea and coffee facilities but there's only a nespresso for black coffee. Balcony is exposed to sun during the day without a shade so impossible to sit outside. Was surprised at how low a quality the breakfast was, pizza for breakfast?

Extremely convenient to shops, the lake, and restaurants. I also enjoyed the breakfast--what a treat. On-site parking was another plus. All the staff were engaging and professional. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and streamlined room, comfy beds with enough pillows. The breakfast was delicious. A lot to choose from and high quality food. Something for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful. Not a long walk to Lake Bled. We parked our car here and didn't use it again until we checked out; we were able to walk to the lake and restaurants from here. There is a small parking garage plus a few parking spots out front.
From our room we could see part of the lake and the Bled Castle.
Nothing wrong. Just keep in mind the restaurant is not open for dinner (at least in Jan 2025). There are good places to eat nearby, though.

Beauticul place woth nice pictures, ceramics. The room is stylish with nice colors. Excellent breakfast.
You must pay for using the wellness. Only the half of the jacuzzi's jets were working. There is no swimming pool.

The room was very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks and was very tasty. The staff were polite and accommodating. The hotel is very close to the lake.
There is parking but it maybe difficult to find a spot.

The front desk lady was extremely helpful, getting us an early to-go breakfast when we had to catch a bus.
The location is good - very close to the bus station and only a few minutes from the lake.
We upgraded to a balcony but unfortunately it was on a lower floor and didnโt really have a view.

The room was clean, staff was really helpfull and polite and the breakfast was amazing. We also got the spa coupon that is practically free if you stay for more than a day. Location was good and it also has free parking, which is quite important
The room and bathroom was quite old-fashioned compared to the photos and it was also quite small for 200 โฌ per night. However, the breakfast was so good that I didn't mind these minor issues

Great breakfast! Nice location and common steady! Was told the superior rooms were updated but I think they were just refreshed! My sister had a very nice large room so was disappointed to see out!
Our room was very small. The bathroom was very small. Certainly not what I would consider superior!
They called these rooms updated but just too small! Also having the air conditioner set at 23 was way too hot to sleep plus the heavy blanket!

The hotel was very conveniently located. It's literally around the corner from the bus stop, close to restaurants, and two minutes from the lake. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was tasty. The staff was very friendly. It was quiet. There is a lot of attention to minimum impact practices.
The room was a little small. There are a dozen light switches, which were spread around the room, but I couldn't get it bright enough. The shower is a little small, at least by US standards (maybe not by European standards). The room was excessively hot when I arrived and it was difficult to cool it off. I would have liked a fridge.

Location is really good, few minutes from the lake, staff was truly nice and helpful, parking is free and you can even park in garage if there's room.
We got an upgrade to family room which was great, clean and warm.
Breakfast is really good and tasty.
Spa is nice, it has 4 sauna rooms and 2 jacuzzi's, spa is charged 12โฌ for hotel guests but you one entrance free when you scan qr code in the room and can get additional free entrance for every day you skip room cleaning.
Just small things, lobby is almost non existing, I mean there is one but it's like in dark hallway, no fridge in the room, not even in family one. No pool in the Spa.
