The cleaning of our room by the hotel staff was very poor. My wife and I spent 4 nights at your hotel. After the first night, our room was not cleaned at all, which the exception of one towel that was exchanged. There were used glasses, plates, the bed was not made up and the bathroom had not been touched. I complained to the hotel front desk and they were sorry and they game me 2 free drink vouchers for the bar. After coming back to the hotel on day 3, after touring Lake Bled all day we were shocked to find that our room had not been cleaned again for a second straight day. I took photos of our room and I showed it to the same front desk person. He was shocked by what I showed him and he was very apologetic. He offered me two more drink vouchers. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your property. Unfortunately, due to several serious issues, I do not intend to return and cannot recommend your services to others.
When booking, I was explicitly informed that a dedicated parking spot was included. However, upon arrival I was told that the parking was already full and that, in any case, it required an additional payment. This is a direct contradiction of what was promised and constitutes clear misinformation.
Furthermore, I arrived with a baby and luggage, yet no support was offered. This lack of assistance created an unnecessary burden and reflected a concerning disregard for guests traveling with children.
To add to this, the check-in process was unreasonably long, forcing me to wait far beyond what is acceptable. The combination of misinformation, lack of support, and inefficiency made what should have been a smooth arrival unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.
Most concerning, however, was the bathroom. The floor was extremely slippery, creating a serious safety hazard. While showering my child, he fell and almost injured his head and neck. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the overall safety standards of your establishment.
This experience has left me with the impression that the commitments made by your establishment cannot be trusted and that guest safety is not taken seriously. Regrettably, I will avoid your property in the future and advise others to do the same.

Room was very small (while we recognize most European rooms are small…this was the smallest we’ve been in in our one month travels in Europe). The king sized bed had only 3 feet on each side to the wall. No storage space. Our luggage took up any space. Small bathroom.

The hotel is well situated, ie. close to the Dragon Bridge and Castle. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Underground parking (upon request) was very useful.

The property was close to old town attractions.
The staff were not welcoming or friendly. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor upon check in. The room was hot. We had to open the windows to cool down the room but it was noisy because we could hear voices from the street as well as the sound of the cars driving on the road. Food at breakfast was not tasty although there was a wide selection. The bedroom set up was not well thought out. Although there was a couch, it was set against the wall where the TV was mounted. You have to sit or lie down on the bed to watch TV. There was also no cocktail table , just the big couch which served no purpose.

This hotel is centrally located, just a few streets over from the riverwalk. The hotel itself is large, modern and well proportioned.
An extensive breakfast buffet was included in my stay and was a wonderful way to start the day.
The elevators were small yet reliable.
The bathroom was clean with a great shower. And the bed was remarkably comfortable.
When I first arrived in my room, it was so small I thought they had put me in a closet. The one window looking over the courtyard did not have well fitting blackout curtains and light filtered in at night.
The airport “shuttle” arranged for me by the hotel was an old smoker standing at the airport with a ripped piece of notebook paper with my name scribbled on it in pencil. He got me to the hotel alright, but it was not a comfortable ride.

We had a large comfortable room with great facilities, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is only a few minutes walk to anywhere, including the train and bus stations. Ljubljana is a very small city, and absolutely charming.
The shower has one of those smooth floors which are a real slipping hazard - some sort of anti-slip mat would have been nice. They have a newly-opened gym, but they don't yet have any sort of spa facilities, which would have made the place even better.

I grew increasingly fond of both this property and the city more generally the longer I stayed there. The hotel is superbly positioned in relation to many of the city's key landmarks, the staff are friendly, helpful, approachable, and speak great English, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and my bed was really comfortable. In addition, the airport shuttle service they offer (for a fee) was wonderfully convenient, and the incorporation of Slovenian designer Niko Kralj's furniture - with which I was totally unfamiliar before arriving in Ljubljana - into the lounge area on my floor was a nice touch!
Although my overall experience was very positive and I'd happily stay here again, my first impressions failed to meet my expectations. A lot of the fixtures, furnishings, and decor in the lobby and hallways seemed tired, outdated, and/or stylistically odd (indeed, I initially wondered why there were lawn chairs in the hotel before I realized it was Niko Kralj's Rex Chair!), and the receptionist who checked me in - while very charming and an excellent English speaker - expressed surprise that I was staying in Ljubljana for as long as I was, implying that I'd quickly run out of things to do there (which was not the case at all!). Needless to say, none of that put me in a great frame of mind as I tried to make the most of my first trip to the former Yugoslavia. Moreover, and in spite of the overall cleanliness of my room, I had to specifically draw the housekeeping staff's attention to things that I'd hoped they'd notice and correct on their own while I was away (e.g., empty soap dispensers in the shower, a pillowcase that had become stained) - which, while by no means the first time I've encountered this situation, was nevertheless frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with so many options and location was very convenient to walk to everything in town. Staff was very friendly and helped to arrange an early morning airport shuttle. Will be staying here again when we return.

Walking distance to Old Town. There was a window in the room facing roofs of the neighborhood.
It's practically the center of the city if you are not afraid to walk miles away to explore its different sides.
The room was too small.
I requested a wake-up call since the battery of my phone was dying.
Had to get up really early but the staff forgot to give me a call. As a result, I missed breakfast and could hardly make it in time to the airport by taxi.

The location is fantastic.
The rooms are extremely small. The AC temperature is limited by the reception and it only worked on 25°C which is too hot for sleeping for me. Combine the AC limitation with high temperature with the small room - it is unbearable. We turned the ACC off but then, also because of the small room, didn't have air during sleep and therefore had to open the window. The only thing that should atleast be exceptional because the room is small is the cleanliness but it surely isn't. The entire floor is covered with carpet and the part after the entrance is so dirty that we had to put our shoes on when going to the toilet. Also, for that same reason, it was very unconditional for doing our daily prayers. No one from the staff didn't even ask if everything is OK.

As soon as I walked in, I fell in love with my room. Good size room, Balcony with great view. Nice big bathroom with both shower and the tub. All very clean and modern.
Comfy bed, nice heat for this cold weather. Also nice breakfast.

Great variety of food choices for breakfast. Christmas markets and city sights all within walking distance. The spacious room and bathroom were comfortable and the personal care products from L’Occitane were a nice touch. The option to participate in the Go Green program and receive complimentary beverages in lieu of towel exchanges and room cleaning was a bonus! The gingerbread man gift in recognition of St.Nicholas Day was a nice surprise too.
Only issue regarding the room was that the duvet covers were too heavy and warm. Even with the heating off we were uncomfortably warm at night. Suggest providing a lighter duvet or a flat sheet for guests to choose what suits them.

Room was completely new and up-to-date, as was the bathroom, and even the toiletry (L'Occitane de Provence) was excellent. Bed was flawless and sheets practically silky. Would def come back.
The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours extremely well! If they are quiet, wonderful. If they are noisy... well, you'll need to call the reception and they'll give them a ring.

Absolutely love it. Very clean, very nice room, amazing breakfast, location is just 5-10 minutes walk to center, everything next to the hotel, extremely friendly staff on reception, in restaurant of hotel. I travel a lot, but this hotel made me feel very comfortable cause of staff. We came earlier and my friend was sick, so they allowed us to make earlier check in for free. There is also garage in hotel, so we didn’t have to worry about parking place, but we booked it one day before from what I remember. So 10 from 10!
