Too warm in the apartment so had to sleep with all windows open. Some idiot decided to drive up and down outside with a back firing car so was too noisy.
Need a light outside room 3 - I tripped over the step as it was too dark to see it.

I liked that there was good communication, Charles provided us with all the necessary information before arrival. The place was neat and very comfortable. It has everything that you need for a short stay (iron, hair dryer, kitchen facilities etc). We went there with children, they also enjoyed it. The location was perfect just opposite to the beach. Free parking. Shops, train station, tram, pleasure beach etc also walking distance. Everything went smooth, we were happy with everything, I would recommend it!

Layout and space was good. Place was clean and tidy. Location was perfect for us. Host gave us updates on what was happening and around the area.
Some of the others in the building were not quiet on the night time and came back at around 2am talking very loud, banging and kept me awake. Luckily did not wake the kids. Music was also played from 6pm till 9pm from the same group of males.

Steve was a gent and Charlie was massively helpful providing us with a baby cot for our 1 year old which he didnt have to do. Great value for money and good space to separate us from the kids when needed ha will definitely return if staying in Blackpool again.
More of a joke than anything but I am 6ft6 and the door into the kitchen is for more normal sized people than myself, hit my head a few times after a drink or two.

Fantastic location, right next to Pleasure Beach, though it's a 10 minute walk to the entrance, which is nothing really. There's a tram stop literally across the road too. The room was large, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful when I had missed my emails explaining how to access the keys. I stayed with my 9 year old daughter and we had a brilliant time.

The overall apartment was worth the money
The owner, someone was smoking in the building, he decided it was me and my partner who was there with our 4yr old daughter, I told him multiple times it wasn't us and that we were going outside and across the street to smoke we wouldn't smoke in a small apartment where our child is, he didn't believe us and proceeded to accuse us Infront of his cleaning staff who were stood watching, it made me feel very uneasy and pretty upset that i was trying not to cry, I understand he needs to check if someone is smoking but the way he went about it wasnt right

The keys to enter the apartment building and the apartment itself were left in a lock box outside with a code on the box for us to use to open the box ,so when we arrived we didn't have to wait for anyone to bring a key . We didn't meet the owner but he was only a phone call away if we had needed to speak to him .The apartment apartment 1 on the ground floor was so spacious for the two of us ,it was very clean and comfortable with good lighting too , there was everything in the kitchen to prepare a meal it had all been well thought out a nice sized fridge too with an icebox . We loved the fact that the tram stop was just across the road and we could see them pass from the window so we knew when we needed to out for the next one . There was a lovely seating area at one end of apartment with sofa and a large TV . We managed to find a parking spot just outside the apartment but it isn't always guaranteed ,we left the car where it was for the whole of our stay and used the trams and buses . The apartment was only a short walk from the pleasure beach and to the nearest wetherspoons restaurant so we ate all our meals out . The area was very quiet too and we slept very well as the beds were so comfortable .The owner supplied a playstation in the apartment ,with games out in the foyer to use . There were plenty of plug sockets for us to use our lap tops . The bathroom was spacious with a nice clean shower cubicle with a nice powerful shower .
There was nothing we didn't like ,The cost was really good and it was exactly as described and shown in pictures . We weren't on holiday to spend our time in the apartment we were there to enjoy what blackpool has to offer and the wonderful apartment made our stay even better ,

Personally they was only one thing it needed a smart tv for the kids because nowadays kids watch alot of programs on YouTube and if you have a young family a smart tv is must doesn’t have to be a big one a small one will be perfect
Not every parent likes to give there phone to the kids or iPads due to socialising and health issue to the eyes so that would be perfect to have one nowadays who uses normal tv it’s all on YouTube now connect wifi to tv and we you go
That was the only 1 thing that was a bad everything else was excellent just that 1 thing to be corrected to make it perfect above excellent
I would definitely come again and definitely will stay again it was great just needed that 1 thing smart tv and you have a regular customer for life

From the pictures that we saw to booking to staying were different.
(Parking is not inclued in booking) Parking was a nightmare, I payed the for 10 hrs, tried to top up, we were at Central pier and had to miss one the excursion that we had paid for as I did not want to get a ticket. It would not let me top up. I had to move my car onto the a local hotel car park in area. The only thing I would take into consideration and the prices for parking, we spent alot on this so was limited then to do things.

The property is well equipped for your stay, and clean. It is opposite the beach, next to the tram station and within a 20-minute walk to the blackpool tower.
Upon arrival, it was so cold in the apartment the heating was not working, I messaged the owner and he got the issue sorted straight away, the pressure had gone in the boiler.
It had 3 single beds, 1 double bed and a single bunk bed - a lot of space for a family.
The beds are not comfy, all of our backs suffered slightly. The apartments are a little dated.

After booking a couple of hotels and nearly freezing to death at night, this place seemed like heaven to me. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were spotless white. A nice bonus for the kids was a TV and a console, and for me - an electric heater. Although it wasn't really needed, the room was warm.

The property was a great size, very clean, the shower was great. The bed was big and comfortable. Our granddaughter had a pull out sofa bed which was perfect for her.! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied.
The only issue we had was WiFi.. we are all on different phone suppliers but none of us could get wifi. We did report this. Hopefully it was just a bad signal because we would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.!

We like how we were left to sort ourselves but plenty of numbers if we needed help. The added amenities of the kitchen and bathroom that were usable to help us settle in before we had a chance to go shopping. PS2 was a nice addition. Was a lovely stay!
The cleanliness of the room/really old fashioned. The pictures/description weren't a true representation of the room we were given. The heaters and fans in the bathroom didn't work. The kitchen door didn't shut properly.
Someone must of been smoking in their room or previous to us being in the room as it was very strong.
Our car also got keyed parking in the front street too!

The location for us was excellent as it was 2 minutes from the train station, and the tram stop was just across the road and a good service as well. Our apartment was clean and net all our needs, especially my wife who is disabled.
The only issue we had, and it was not really an issue to be honest, was getting normal TV. It had everything else Netflix, prime, etc, but we struggled to find live BBC One, Two & ITV. Of course we are old, so the problem may have been us!
It had no effect on our holiday as we were mostly out!
