When I got there to check in the bed wasn’t made they come out with oh it should of been because the cleaners just been up there and there was no bathroom light in the room there was not hot water shower was freezing cold they moved my room to another one which was even worse the tv was hanging of the wall there was a tv propped on a chair the draws was all broken no where to hang my clothes no mattress covers on beds then the next morning they told me they have to move us to another hotel because the fire alarm wasn’t working the other hotel was just as bad so had to book a different hotel and another extra cost that I wasn’t expecting the place should be closed down it’s not fit for purpose.

The (day-) staff was super lovely and helpful!
He was the only reason i stayed the full 5 booked days.
The beds were comfortable and the location is super central. Next to the winter gardens.
The room i booked (4 beds) was old and very shabby. It smelled moldy and so did all my cloth after a few houres.
There were bedside tables but no bedside lights. A desk but no chair to use it.
Before i arrived i got a harsh email, that i have to bring a key deposit (20£), that i won't get back if i staint the bedsheets or towels. But everything was already stainted when i arrived.
(Smelled fresh washed at least).
The worst thing was, that there was no warm water. As i mentioned, the guy from the reception was super nice and tried everything to fix it and after two days, finally gave me another room with a very good, warm shower.
(But two times washing my hair in ice cold water was horrible).
The room i got then had a new carpet andlooked and smelled fresh painted. It even had a chair. Unfortiunally also no bedside light and this time no curtains. (To be fair, the nice man from the reception offered to fix that too, but i didn't want to give him more work again).
There was no housekeeping but if i'd asked for towels or toilet paper, i'd sure got it.
I think this hotel needs A LOT of renovations. Unless this is done, i personal would not stay again here.

We was greeted by staff who was asleep for check in and when he gave me paper work he fell back to sleep behind his desk and had to wake him to hand paper back and when we got 1st room went in and seen radiator in bathroom was falling apart and no hot water half a door on wardrobe, missing light switch in bedroom, hanging off head boards half way down the bed’s, duvets and bedding had stains room smelt and went to swap rooms and thanks to the guy who help me swap rooms

Selected a double and single got 3 single beds that wasn't the best there was clean sheets but quilts could do with new sheets also floor was all stained and so was all the walls so not the best nights sleep as we have all been bitten so wouldn't recommend not even for 1 night in that room anyways others might be better

The location was central and easy to find. With a close carpark (£20 overnight parking)
Room smelt of damp.
A finger sized hole in light switch (dangerous especially as we were in a family room).
Bedding on double bed stained with what only can be described as bodily fluids of the sexual kind.
Kids (single) beds looked clean. However, they were not comfortable. Probably because we had to squeeze 4 people on 2 single beds to avoid the double beds sexual fluid stains.
Signs everywhere threatening extra charges for late checkouts and for deep cleans if food stains are found on departure. Seems ironic considering the semen stains present on arrival.
Also they slap you with a £20 key deposit that they only tell you about the day before you arrive.
Plus another £15 for a small dog.

Room filthy: punch hole in bathroom door. No toiletries/shampoo. No light in bathroom (not working) Bed not comfy. Pillows awful. Noise all through the night due to other guests being drunk or high and not sleeping. Doors banging all night. Arguing and shouting waking me up at 2am. 4.30am. Then a fire alarm roaring through the building at 5.30am due to someone smoking in a room. Decided to leave at 5.30am to get better sleep in my van. Parking outside was expensive are used at 8pm nearly £20 until 10am next morning. Did not feel like a hotel. Felt like homeless shelter

Didn't stay. It's horrible, the holes in the wall. Rooms right next to smelly public rest rooms. Curtains hanging off unable to close so no privacy from the main street. Toilet didn't work and the light in the toilet didn't work. Not safe for kids and car was opened on arrival from passers by offering drugs. Ridiculous do not stay here !

The room was in a very poor condition. Stains all over the bed/base,the carpets and the walls.
Along the corridor and stairwell their were holes in walls.
When arriving back to our room at 10pm after a family outing we noticed a leak in the ceiling, the bed which my daughter was going to stay in was wet through. The curtains were all wet and mouldy. I requested to speak to the manager as he wasn't on the premises. After roughly 45mins of waiting, he finally showed up. He told us he had no other family room available. We had to leave the property with no other accommodation to go to. We had no option but to do the 2hr drive back k home at 11.30pm.

Staff were rude, rooms were cold full of damp and ceiling cracking and holes, no hot water had to use kettle water in sink so could not use the shower, no carpet in our room just floorboards it stunk all throughout hotel, even though checked in after 3pm we still had to wait because our room was not cleaned already. Quilt cover had marks on it, although smelt fresh. Shower did not have any hot water, so had to use a different room up another flight of stairs, which then leaked through the floor into the bar area. Floors very creaky above us, noise loud till 2 in the morning from the piano being played by children in the bar area. Whole place very outdated and old fashioned, although we were told that they are having a refurbishment.
