Was great to arrive and meet Sarah on site to let us in, nothing was a drama. The little touches like fresh milk, Juice and breakfast supplies were really appreciated after a long day travelling. Well appointed Kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
Easy to find the property and dedicated parking included was a bonus. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Cheltenham.

A welcome pack which was a nice touch provided milk / orange juice/ cereals and some nice bread for toast.
Just a few niggles mainly with the bathroom.No blind on the window.The shower in the morning wasn't hot enough only warm .
Location is great for being in the heart of Cheltenham, downside was the road was very noisy and woke us .

Stayed over for two nights to attend an event, and wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is in a great location for walking into town and around Montpellier Gardens, or walking in the opposite direction up to Pittville Park, and I'd probably stay here too and walk up if we attended any events at the racecourse.
The bed and pillows in the Pittville Suite were really comfy, with extra pillows provided in the wardrobe too, which is always appreciated, and the wide range of breakfast items provided was also fantastic.
Didn't use either of the TVs but noted a few DVDs were provided too, which was a thoughtful touch, and there were plenty of free toiletries in the bathroom, including conditioner which isn't always standard, so that was great too.
For work reasons an early check in was requested & provided, & the wifi worked fine for Teams meetings.
Personally I prefer a self check in option for convenience, even though there was a lovely welcome.

My daughter and I stayed in the Pittville Suite. It was a wonderful experience! Comfy bed, great shower, excellent communication, spacious apartment, milk, juice and croissants in the fridge plus cereal, coffee, etc all on hand when checked in, toiletries in the bathroom plus towels. I could go on…they’ve thought of everything. FYI we ate dinner at The Istanbul Kitchen and it was delicious!! Our room was upstairs, but we were aware of that when we booked. Being able to reserve parking behind the building was tremendously helpful. Bonus, there’s a beautiful old church next door from the early 1800s. Would definitely stay again!

Stunning property with well thought out furnishings and touches. We stayed in battledown suite and it was gorgeous. We stayed New Year’s Eve and it still wasn’t noisy it was just perfect for what we wanted :)
