The shower was lukewarm to tepid. The batteries in the remote weren’t working. No movie choices outside of normal DTV. With the Hilton brand I’d expect more from it in that regard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am sorry I cannot remember the names of the two gentleman who were on reception on the late afternoon/evening of 2nd May 2026 but they were so helpful and made sure we were looked after. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and we had a great night sleep.
My only little niggle was we upgraded to a king-size room which I thought would have a king-size bed not two separate beds, however that may have been me not checking the description carefully!

Great location, right in the centre of Nottingham. Clean, with friendly staff, would use again due to location.
Getting a lift proved to be a problem and so we found ourselves having to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs as we were on the 5th floor mainly due to staff using it to take laundry up and down.

Rooms were depressing and noisy. No space for clothes. No coat hooks. TV didn't work properly. Chairs were uncomfortable. Supposed to be a deluxe room and it was extremely average. Grossly overpriced for what it was.

The temperature in the rooms. The ac is obviously not up to the job! My husband has a heart problem so needs a cool room. We struggled to get the temperature below 21.5. Or first night the room was 24.5! The staff were fantastic and helped in every way possible.
