Very welcoming modern environment with lots of comfy seating available for drinks. Staff very attentive. Room service was amazing and beds comfy.
Not keen on the news being on a large screen in full view when having a leisurely catch up with a friend. I would rather avoid anything that may be triggering especially if I was travelling with children.

The hotel was very nice and designed with families with children in mind. Dinner was great, and the kids’ menu was excellent. Breakfast was also good and varied. The room was clean, modern, and well organised.
I can’t really say there was anything I disliked. However, since this is a hotel with pool facilities, I would have appreciated having a towel and/or bathrobe for the pool, as well as disposable hotel slippers in the room.

Very friendly staff, especially the young guy on the bar! Big, comfy bed and clean room.
The wellness facility’s where grate, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi was full up, swimming pool was nice however there was swimming lessons and full up with children.
The hotel was clean, situated in grate location and the staff are really nice/welcoming
Are Room no.1 so we could hear every sound from reception, bar and visitors, children’s room/play area and running up hallways, the kitchens it’s utensils and just about everything on the ground floor. We did tell staff who said they would come and move us but this never happened,

Family friendly, efficient staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Easy to get around. absolutely lovely breakfast with a greens option to have with your eggs
Needs a bit of a revamp in the bathroom area, but still very clean. Wasn’t sure about the food delivery guys freely accessing the bedroom corridors. Better perhaps to have a key fob access via the lift and call rooms for them to collect their food delivery.

The hotel was only a 5-10mins drive from the airport. The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming. The woman that checked us in was really helpful, she gave my daughter 2 little chocolate eggs, a colouring pack and a free cookie and milk voucher which really cheered her up as she was going to miss the Easter bunny the next morning. The breakfast was very good quality. The bar food was served until 10:30 so that was very helpful considering our flight was cancelled very late in the evening. The bar food was really enjoyable. Swimming pool was nice.
The men's changing room was being renovated so it was a bit inconvenient.
